Summary: Best Denise Austin video
Review: This is the best Denise Austin video. It is a toning video that rotates around arms, legs and buns, and abs. It also uses a stability ball; which I absolutely love. She keeps you going through the whole video by giving you interesting advise. She also coaches on some of the moves; I found that good too. I am a new Mom. This video is helping me get back into shape. I can also do it throughout the day with my baby since it is broken up into two segments. My baby smiles along with me. I highly recommend this one.

Summary: good work out - bad advertising
Review: This video is advertised as 2 complete workouts, when actually it's 1, 40 minute workout. It's 20 minutes of toning with weights going right into the stability ball workout. I bought the video because it said 2, 20 minute complete workouts. 20 minutes is just right for me to get done before work in the morning. I thought it was perfect for me, but I was wrong. The workout is good, I like her use of the stability ball and I love the Denise Austin videos that I have. This one is good, I just wish it had been the 2-20 minute complete workouts like the cover says.

Summary: Her best video yet!
Review: This video is great. Denise combines small weights with the stability ball for toning. Though I am not a beginner, I believe this video is good for all fitness levels. I enjoy working out with the stability ball because it adds that extra challenge.

Summary: Good beginner/intermediate workout
Review: This workout is just enough to get the muscles burning. I especially enjoy the abdominal exercises, which incorporate the exercise ball. The exercise ball really is a nice variation to the other exercise routines I perform. This is not a cardiovascular workout; however, your heartrate will rise, and you may even sweat. Pay attention to your breathing. Since it is not cardio, I have found that I forget to maintain steady breathing; and I often develop a headache shortly after I complete the workout (which I attribute to failing to breathe properly). Since this is not the only exercise video I use, I cannot say with 100% certainty how quickly your "female fat zones" will shrink; but I do believe Denise has chosen very effective exercises to target those muscles that women need to work on strengthening. My only negative comment: I am not sure there are enough repititions for each muscle group. Overall, this video is good for any body type and any fitness level.
