Summary: Excellent Tool For Letter Recognition!
Review: My 2 year old son watched this over and over again! This video literally taught my little boy all of the alphabet. After only about 2 weeks, Luis was spotting letters everywhere and he could tell us what each letter was! Remarkable video! For young children who love videos, Richard Scarry is superb! It is entertaining enough to keep their attention, and when they walk away from it, they've been educated!I gave this to a friend of mine whose 4 year old still didn't know her alphabet. Now I want it back so I've ordered another for my neice and daughter to watch!

Summary: Truly the best ABC video ever!
Review: My 21 month old son can't get enough of this video. It's the only thing he watches from beginning to end and actually claps when the credits come on. It comes highly recommended when you have a toddler that wants to do everything at once.

Summary: It's the Best
Review: My 3-year-old can't get enough of this one. He watches it attentively all the way through and then asks for it to start over. I didn't get it to teach him the alphabet - he is a fan of Richard Scarry books and we happened to come across this video at the library. I had to buy it because he begged for it every day. I do think he is starting to recognize letters just from watching this video so many times!

Summary: Entertaining way for toddlers to learn their ABC's
Review: My almost two year old loves any Richard Scarry video; the songs, the animal characters and the stories totally captivate him. This video tends to be a bit slower paced than the others we've seen (Best Learning Songs, Best Busy People) and doesn't have as many catchy tunes as the others. The ABC song at the beginning and end is really it. But the alphabet is acted out by Miss Honey's class in a sweet and interesting way, with each student introducing their letter and telling a story about it (Patty had a party and got pretty presents). These videos are great, clean, non-violent alternatives to regular t.v. and kids love them!

Summary: Nothing has ever kept the attention of my son
Review: My son never sat to watch anything before for more than 30 seconds. He watches this video at least once a day. He is counting to 15 and doing very well on his ABC's. I recommend this video to EVERYONE with small children!

Summary: Boring boring boring!
Review: My toddler really liked Scarry's "Best Learning Songs Ever" tape so we thought we'd try this one. What a disapointment! The animation is of poor quality compared to the Learning Songs tape, there are hardly any songs, and my toddler ignores it completely. There are so many better ABC tapes out there, I would advise readers to look for Sesame Street's "Do The Alphabet," "Learning About Letters," or "Maisy's ABCs" instead.

Summary: A Perfect Video For Teaching The Alphabet
Review: My two year old daughter loves this video. It is really cute and holds her attention. By her second birthday, she could sing the alphabet all the way through [and delighted family and strangers alike doing it!]. I think this video was a big part of the reason why she learned the alphabet so easily, and now and 2 & 1/2 she recognizes all the letters and can name them. This is a wonderful video for pre-readers and truly the "BEST" ABC video out there!

Summary: Entertaining and educational toddler video
Review: My two year-old daugther loved watching this video over and over. After a few weeks, she was able to sing the entire ABC song by herself. In this video, each student in Huckle's class tell a story about one letter in the alphabet. The stories are short, funny, simple and non-violent, perfect for toddlers. The video ends with the ABC song, sung together by all the students in the class.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Very helpful in reinforcing ABC's.
Review: Our son was just learning his ABC's when this video was passed down to him from a family friend. He loves every part of this video and can recite it word for word. It is very educational, while it also keeps it age-appropriate for content. Highly recommended.
