Summary: Nice printer--an excellent value
Review: I bought this to replace a Lexmark Z35 that went through pricey ink cartridges like a child goes through candy. In sharp contrast, this printer takes very [inexpensive] cartridges that seem to last a reasonable amount of time. I didn't have any problems with setup or with the driver software. Print quality is very good for B&W or color text and graphics. I have not done any serious photo printing yet, so I can't comment on that. This printer is fairly noisy and sometimes takes awhile to start printing after a document is sent to it. However, it is very fast for such a [low price] printer. Perhaps this is because it uses USB 2.0--so try to pick up a newer high speed USB cable.

Although I have a few minor complaints about this printer, it is hard to go wrong with it at such a low price. It is the perfect choice for any low-volume printer user on a budget.

Summary: cheap ink tanks, good home use printer
Review: i didn't give it 5 stars cos it started jamming after 11 months of use, which i think is no big deal cos almost all printers do that after such a long time.

Summary: IT'S GREAT FOR A COUPLE TIMES A WEEK USE.
Review: I DONT KNOW WHY SOME PEOPLE THINKS ITS SLOW... I THINK ITS PRETTY FAST FOR A SMALL LITTLE PRINTER AND FOR A CHEAP PRICE! I JUST BOUGHT IT AND I AM SO SATISFIED WITH THIS PRODUCT. I USE TO HAVE THE BJC2000 AND THERE IS SUCH A BIG DIFFERENCE! I LIKE CANNON PRODUCTS BECAUSE ITS SMALL AND FAST! AND THE INK FOR THE PRINTERS ARE REALLY CHEAP!!! SO IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A CHEAP PRINTER AND DONT USE A PRINTER OFTEN... THIS IS THE PERFECT PRINTER FOR YOU!

Summary: For the price, it can't be beat
Review: I saw this printer advertised online .... I decided to take a chance, figuring i couldn't really be disappointed with a printer that was this cheap. To my surprise, the text looks great and the picture quality, while maybe not good enough for professionals or perfectionists, looks very good. Especially when you consider they came out of a machine cheaper than many color cartridges. If the rebates are still available and you want a printer that can print out decent pictures without breaking your budget, then this is the machine for you. For people seeking a machine that can pump out hundreds of photo-lab quality pictures in seconds, you shouldn't even be looking at printers this cheap. A great buy, though a USB cable would have been nice.

Summary: PC World's Best Buy for sure
Review: I searched online and local stores for the best printer for me before I bought the i320. I had set it up within 30 minutes and was enjoying it print even before I saw the March issue of PC World. This little item is a best buy in every way!

Summary: be careful what you purchase
Review: I suggest looking carefully into the type of USB cable you purchase with this printer. I selected the cable listed on the website under "Accessories for Canon i320 Color Bubble Jet Printer". The cable does not fit into the printer.

Summary: Excellent Budget Printer
Review: I upgraded from my Lexmark Z42 printer to this Canon i320 and from my quick tests it is great! It has a small footprint which is excellent for desks and space in general (Z42 was about 50% larger at least). It has some newer technology like borderless printing and "microfine droplet technology (which may just be a marketing hype)".

One of the major reasons I bought this printer is because of ink cartridges. It is easy to find Canon replacement cartridges for reasonable amounts (well under [money amount]) which is a huge benefit in cost savings over my Lexmark that had [money amount]+ cartridges.

Overall, a great value for such a low price. And, with the lower inkjet cartridges, cost per page will be lower. Quality of printing is the best I've had in budget printers to date.

Summary: Worst piece of equipment I have seen
Review: I would give this printer(if it is one) I rating of 0. I just received it today. First of all: no fricking USB cable included, and to make matters worse, it has NO standart printer port(I dont know how you cannot put a STANDARD printer port in a printer). Anyways I took my camera's USB cable and followed all the instructions and my comp did not detect the printer port! On the "Printer Guide" it said that if this happened, then I should refer to the Trubbleshooting chapter. Guess what: there is nothing about this error in the trubbleshooting chapter. I went on line at cannon's website, and read their FAQ (nothing in there either). After spending some time in their website I came accross the install instructions. Their answer to the error was to turn off the printer and turn it on again! It does not work that way either.
And another thing, either the roller on my printer does not work or there is a serious flaw in the design of the letter-feeding component. Paper does not feed in the printer!!!
Save yourselves some money! DO NOT buy this junk. I am returning it today!!!
