Summary: GREAT STORYTELLER
Review: I never had the patience to read a fat novel, until I read KANE AND ABLE. The books grips you right from the first page and is unputdownable. After that I must have read the book a million times. GET THIS BOOK, You 'll be glad you did.

Summary: GREAT BOOK, ALMOST AS GOOD AS TWO FABLES!
Review: This is my second review for a book that is available to buy at Amazon Bookshop and it is a pretty terrific book to read. Like most reviewers I would agree with the statement that you can not put the book down... and you reread it again, again and maybe even again. Jeffrey Archer is great writer and would definitely be on my top ten list. With Roald Dahl being the top of the list...

Summary: THE GREATEST PIECE OF LITERATURE I'VE READ TO DATE
Review: Brilliantly-written with a dazzlingly formulated plot that only Lord Jeffrey Archer is capable of achieving. After completing this remarkable book, I am certain that no other author can ever hope rival Archer. Note that even my e-mail address has something to do with this splendid book!

Summary: A definite keeper
Review: I have read and re-read Jeffery Archer's Kane and Abel over a span of 20 years. It is a spellbinding epic of how two men, born world's apart, can grow to dispise each other in an obsessive way, and yet, their legacies intertwine to produce a better end than either of them could have dreamed. A definite read and re-read.

Summary: Amazing Read!
Review: I read this book in one sitting when I was 18. Leave it to the critics to bash Archer, as I would rank this incredible read among five best books I ever read

Summary: AMAZING!
Review: Having finished As The Crow Flies, I eagerly turned to Kane & Abel with much anticipation, but wondering how could I like this book as much as I loved ATCF. It was not difficult. I LOVED THIS BOOK TOO!!! Archer is an amazing writer of epic, engaging and "unputdownable" novels. With about 100 pages to go I could not help but to speed up to learn about the fates of William, Abel, Florentyna, Richard et al. I need to re-read those pages to see if perhaps I was a bit hasty! While the end pairing off is a bit predictable, it is heart-warming and a character or two could be left out. K&A might also cause the reader to rethink her or his actions in life and perhaps take a different take on things. Do read this- you will not be disappointed and you will not believe how moved you will be.

Summary: A timeless epic spanning decades
Review: A brilliant piece of work. Like a fellow reviewer, I too was just 15 when I first read "Kane and Abel". Archer's easy style and clear, concise story telling make all his works enjoyable to read, but this had an edge to it quite like nothing I have ever seen again. A masterpiece.
