Review: This is Jeffrey Archer at his finest. Archer has written many novels, but nothing compares to Kane and Abel. Every novel (with the possible exception of The Prodigal Daughter) is just a mere afterthought. I could not put this book down, and it remains the standard of excellence in my mind.

Review: This was an excellent book that keeps you reeading. I couldn't put it down for days. I have read thousands of books at 14 and this is by far one of the best. The sequel (The Prodigal Daughter) was a bit of a let down but I think both books were fantastic.

Just as you thought that you had it figured, a twist would make you rethink the entire plot. It keeps you guessing until the last page. Never before have I felt so addicted to any piece of literature. For anyone, from any background, this is for you. I am 15 years old, and was simply gripped all the way through. Kane and Abel forces you back. To me, Archer is a genius. Thankyou for creating such a masterpiece, you have made me fall in love with leterature forever
