Summary: "The Most Dangerous Book."
Review: MY AWAKENING by notorious former Klan leader David Duke is a large volume concerning the racial and Jewish questions that are asked from nationalist perspectives, and written in the format of an autobiography. Concerning some questions regarding Duke's personal life, it is better to just stick to the research he has done in the first two of the thirds of the book.The first third, "Race and Reality," details the role of intelligence in shaping social behavior and how intelligence is inherited, at least more so than from environmental factors. Races differ in intelligence, with blacks and Hispanics lagging behind whites and Asians. The racial differences are caused by the difference between tropical climates around the Equator, and the northern climates in Europe and Asia. The races evolved over tens of thousands of years in isolated geographic areas and it has only been in the last five-hundred years in which great inter-continental mobility and immigration has mixed races on continients not of their origin. This book gives a layman's analysis of scientific data and research on racial differences in intelligence. Much of this has been surpressed because of the popularity of egalitarian theorists, many of whom were pseudo-Marxists in their idealogy--and egalitarianism is more of an idealogy as opposed to objective fact. However, as Duke points out, any notion of superiority or inferiority is completely subjective on the part of the person applying the label "inferior" or "superior." Duke advocates racial seperation, with whites and blacks living in seperate areas so that the white/European genotype will not become assimilated and can remain distinct from other races. The second third of My Awakening is about the perrenial "Jewish Question," raised by white nationalists, black separitists, Palestinian militants, occultists, and pan-Third World Islamic fundamentalists alike. Jews have a greater verbal intelligence than any other race, and this has been shaped from the time of their wanderings in the Middle East and their living as a non-assimilating minority in Europe. They are naturally adept at communicating and organizing, as well as being self-centered, watching out for their own, while at the same time, covertly or not, working to damage the morals and worldview of their host countries. The list of specifics is far too long to name, but it follows the tried-and-true reasoning of what far right wing theorists have pointed out about Jews in gentile society for thousands of years. We've all heard the stories and the stereotypes, but they are true in some areas. Although many will condemn My Awakening as being insane rantings and ravings of a "neo-Nazi" or "bigoted Christian racist," it is well researched and thorough in its presentation of its controversial subject matter. It is does not fall into the trap of social-darwinist nihilism, which may be "racist" but denies Christianity and the divinity of Jesus Christ. It is also not "Christian Identity," which holds to the literal truth of the Bible, but does not use the process of natural evoloution as an explanation of humanity's origins. Duke's book remains Christian and promotes the theory of evoloution.

Summary: Excellent!!
Review: An excellent book and very well written. David Duke takes us all the way from when he grew up believing the egalitarian dogma that "we're all equal" to PROVING that it's not true. He writes that he feels like many of us did; we knew blacks and other non-whites were different but were afraid to say so or we second guessed ourselves. He does a great job of proving that the Communist revolution in Russia was financed, organized, and carried out by the Jews there. This is an interesting point considering that we hear []about the Jews that the Nazis [] killed but hardly ever hear about the millions that the Jews are responsible for from Communism!! He doesn't use slurs or hateful language at all, just facts, logic, and common sense.

The media have condemned Duke as an incorrigible racist of the most virulent kind. I have seen Duke on TV numerous times. I noticed whenever he is interviewed, the interviewer, invariably, has a adversarial and hostile tone. Whenever his name is invoked in major newspapers, it is usually followed with the obligatory antagonistic remark; it is quite a contrast to the media's deferential tone when interviewing Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton. But Duke is not the ignorant hate-monger the media portrays him to be. There is no hatred in this book. This book is very interesting. It is refreshing in its candor. The book is meticulously documented and very well written. This book is sobering. It is an expose' of the hypocrisy and deception perpetrated against whites and our European heritage. For years, the media have fostered hatred and resentment against whites. They have distorted our history (as Duke documents), and the media have condoned blatant discrimination against poor whites. Then in a supreme act of chutzpah, the same media self-righteously denounce Duke for exposing their lies.

Summary: Incredible Honesty and Truth in Our Age of Propaganda
Review: I remember the media stories about David Duke back during the period he was running for Congress. They represented his history and viewpoints with distortions and out-right lies. David Duke takes the reader on one of the most enlightening journeys I've read in a single book. The truths contained therein will display, in full view, the despicable lies and propaganda put upon the people of the U.S. and Europe for over a century. And David does it with complete documentation, not speculation or theories of conspiracy. This is one of the eye-opening and honest books I've read on any subject of a controversial nature. I will be buying copies of it for all of my children because I want them to see with such clarity too and learn to recognise the lies and propaganda of those who hate our race and culture, and seek to manipulate us for their diabolical purposes.

Summary: Required pre-college reading.
Review: It is obvious to anyone who has read this book that if enough people were to read it the world would be a much better place.
The reason I decided to write this review is because while discussing "My Awakening" with a friend he asked how the information in the book could make a personal difference to the reader. While the obvious answer would be that "knowledge is power", a more relevant answer would be that this book will be most beneficial to those young people who are headed to the brainwashing camp we like to call College.
The college's in the united states are universally zionized and, while their High School counterparts are also kosher approved, the brainwashing in our universities fervently makes EVERY effort to lower the individuals sense of morality, destroy their sense of ethnicity, and give them a bastardized version of self(ish)-esteem.
What makes college different than the media and pre-college education is that college is all embracing. It is here that we really begin to open up our minds to new disciplines. It is here where we first leave our homes in search of our place in the world, and it is in college where we are, in many ways very vulnerable. And so in the search for a sense of belonging many are apt to give up the gifts of logic and reason for the communist-like ramblings of our college counterparts.
"My Awakening", if read objectively, could prepare the student with a rational foundation of understanding and shield the student from the propaganda of our schools and media.
While I'm on the topic of "pre-college" reading lists, I think "Brain Building" by Marilyn vos Savant might also be very useful the young person preparing for college. But given the choice, I would have to say My Awakening's subject is far more important.

Summary: The Duke of Deception
Review: It's almost too easy to attack David Duke's self-published and self-aggrandizing "My Awakening". Mr. Duke had limited success when he doffed the white sheet and donned the business suit for his numerous failed runs for public office so in "My Awakening" he has returned to his roots. Numerous racist and anti-Semitic canards are trotted out and glossed to a ludicrous pseudo-scientific sheen that proves, at least to Mr. Duke, the inherent inferiority of Blacks and Jews. The book is silly and malignant and goes on forever. It is disjointed, dissembling, and disgusting. Mr. Duke came of age during the Vietnam War but never served in the military, utilizing a student deferment to avoid service while he was at LSU. The fact that he was never in the armed forces of his country has not prevented Mr. Duke from spinning an elaborate fantasy: "I volunteered to go behind enemy lines with Air America and supply anti-communist forces that were fighting the Pathet Lao... . On a few of these missions I almost didn't come back. I risked my life for this country. I am a patriot". Mr. Duke further asserts his plane once was struck by mortar fire but he wasn't injured because the shrapnel "... lodged in my ammo belt". This is sheer poppycock. Mr. Duke was in Laos on vacation; that's it. Numerous people who knew Mr. Duke while he was there have come forward to contradict his self-imposed hero status. Mr. Duke would not know what a real heroes looks like. Perhaps he could find out by reading the the Medal of Honor citations of John Levitow and Milton Olive, a Jew and an African-American both awarded the country's highest decoration for bravery for their service in Vietnam. Airman Levitow, badly wounded when his aircraft was hit by mortar fire, flung his body on a 27-pound magnesium flare that was burning and rolling on the floor of the plane and managed to throw it out the hatch seconds before it exploded, thereby saving the plane and the crew, the no doubt multi-cultural crew. PFC Olive died when he threw himself on the Viet Cong grenade that landed in the midst of his platoon, saving the platoon, the no doubt multi-cultural platoon. "My Awakening" is dangerous and comical both. Above all, it is un-American.

Summary: Dr. Duke - American Braveheart!
Review: I read Dr. Duke's book out of skeptical curiousity. Yet, each page blazed with such astonishing, well documented facts that I could not stop reading til having completed all 700-plus fascinating pages in less than three days. His presentaion is irresistable, for it is founded upon factuality without forsaking love. The profundity of Jefferson's and Lincoln's words, unknown within an American society based upon their ideologies, were written with eye-popping exposition. What is more, many secrets, such as the USS Liberty outrage, were revealed. This is truly a book that could change the world, heralding a new era of peace and stability.

Summary: Still has an agenda of some sort
Review: While I appreciate the fact that this book is well written, has sources, and that Duke isn't using hate and derogatory comments, some of his ideas are hard to swallow. One for example, was how he downplayed the history of the KKK, making them look like "innocent vigilantes." That is what the Klan has said for many years, and that is how they manipulated frustrated whites to join. Another thing hard to swallow was when he stated homosexuals have molested millions of kids. Where on earth did he get that information, because I didn't see any sources for it. Gays and child molesting aren't a correlation. Straights molest children, too. Duke is right that homosexuality doesn't produce children, but that doesn't mean it is harmful. I mean, look at the many single mothers out there, who get knocked up, their husband/boyfriend leaves, and then we have to pick up the tab. So actually, single motherhood is more of a drain on society than homosexuality. It was interesting however, reading his Racial Evolution theory. I don't know if I would agree with it, but it sounds interesting, nonetheless. It is also true, that blacks commit more crimes than whites, and that even black taxi drivers won't pick up blacks. It is also ironic that we have all this "embrace diversity" stuff, yet we call whites bigots, simply because we want to preserve our culture. The innacuracies, and the fact that he sounds like Hitler's Mein Kampf, are why I can't give this a higher reading. However, If you want to understand the mind of Hitler, read Mein Kampf. If you want to understand the mind of Duke, then read this. For now, I will walk on a type rope when listening to extreme liberals and extreme conservatives. Maybe it's the fact that he was a former KKK member that bothered me.

Review: This book has truly enlightened me and informed me on the amazing, deceptive, but yet powerful scurge of the Jewish influence in this country on everything from governmental policies in the Middle East, suppression of important information about the Jewish-run businesses and hidden agendas in our pro-Israeli U.S. government, media, and entertainment establishments....
This is a MUST BUY for anyone out there who really wishes to learn the TRUTH behind why things are the way they are in this country....

Summary: Attention Grabber
Review: This book has almost the best preface i have ever come across.
David has done enourmous background work before writing this book and i have to congratulate him for that. A definate buy. He has written on a topic on which most people don't feel easy even talking about. He has tried to present his argument backed with facts obtained mostly from Jewish publications almost throught out the book. I may not agree with all of what David has said, but i certainly would say that he is one of the pioneers in this area. This is not a work of fiction, but he has presented the grim facts from our own past, and if we do not change our ways for the better they may well be part of our future too. If you want to read it then please open the first page only when you have an open non biased mind, no point reading this book to hate someone, read this book to get the point of view of millions of people from the same planet we call earth. In short it should definately be read.
