Rating: Summary: Spice it up! Review: Learn this great new three step technique that will spice up your sex life. If you and your partner have fallen into the same love making styles, or if you are facing unchartered waters, i. e., a new boyfriend, this book can help you feel more adventurous and make you orgasmic with anyone!
Rating: Summary: The Joy of Sex After Years of Married Life Review: If, after years of being married, you are sort of happy with your sex life, you might want this book and become VERY happy with your sex life. Most of us settle for letting our sex lives wane, especially after years of marriage. But even after years of having sex with the same person, there are many ways to improve our sex lives, and if you are like most of us, we've given up on trying to have sex very often. Sometimes it is just too time consuming, so we don't even get started. Claire Hutchins explains how to enjoy sex for the rest of your life without it turning into a major romantic encounter that, quite frankly, we just don't want to do every night. This book helped us face the reality that sex doesn't always have to be romantic. That it's a need we can all enjoy fulfilling without a major production every time.
Rating: Summary: For Women and Men too Review: This book is full of information about the subject of female sexuality and an easy step by step guide to achieve the goal of reaching orgasm whenever and wherever one wants. In order to reach this physical pleasure Hutchins encourages the reader to be selfish and exclude other peoples opinions, especially the common myth of putting men in charge or their partners' orgasms. The text is funny and charming and every woman can benefit from it no matter if getting an orgasm is a problem for them or not. It opens a door to the woman's world and any man who wants to improve his lovemaking can benefit from reading the book as well.
Rating: Summary: In Favor of the Author Review: I participated in one of Hutchins's surveys, so I'm prejudiced in the author's favor. This book is written for women who have trouble reaching orgasm during intercourse. It presents a simple, to-the-point way to solve that problem. If you are looking for books on romance or technique, this is not it. It presents the problem, then shows you how to solve it.
I don't want a man to "lead" me to or "make" me orgasm! We don't use the same language when it comes to men! With its focus on physiology rather than psychology, this book shows women how to be responsible for their own orgasms. Low libido is a real issue for many women, but for the vast majority of couples, what is needed is not a pill, but respect for the differences in male and female sexual response.
Some people just don't get it. But if you need and want sure-fire relief, this is where you'll find it!
Rating: Summary: No Magic Needed Review: My husband used to have to pump at me all night so that I could finally reach orgasm. Quite frankly we both just got kind of sick of the whole thing. Add all that extra work to the fact that the chemistry kind of fades anyway after a long term relationship and you have a recipe for disaster - and a lot less sex! Now we can have sex anytime we want and it can be as fast or as slow as we want.
Rating: Summary: Nobody's Fault Review: I am so glad this book came along and has released me from being responsible for my girlfriend's orgasm! I used to feel so guilty because she couldn't come. Now I know it's not my fault. It's not her fault - it's not anybody's fault, but she has learned to control her own orgasm response. We use this technique in sex all the time and we both are a lot happier now.
Rating: Summary: Good Gift Review: For years it has taken oral sex [...] for me to have an orgasm. This book really helped. I've started giving it at wedding showers. A too-slow orgasm seems to be a problem for a lot of us and most of my friends have been happy to get it.
Rating: Summary: After Divorce Review: My wife and I first bought this book a couple of years ago when we were still married and in a committed relationship where we didn't need any (or much) help. After a divorce and lots of new experiences in the single dating world, I bought another copy because I've had relationships with several women who had trouble achieving satisfaction during sex. This book has great advice and tips for the woman who may be too intimidated to let go and enjoy herself during sex. I've passed it along to some of my women friends and they've all been satisfied with the results.
Rating: Summary: The Book Works Review: This little book is an entertaining and informative sex manual about how to have an orgasm without resorting to oral sex, vibrators or extended male thrusting (to the point of exhaustion for both partners). The author doesn't regurgitate the usual advice of teaching your male partners what to do. She encourages the woman to take charge. The female reaching orgasm shouldn't be hard work for either partner, which is what a lot of sex manuals make it. Hutchins treats the female orgasm as it really is, a biological function that every woman should be able to accomplish without much effort. If it can work for me, it can work for anyone.
