Summary: The Motor City Family Man
Review: Being from the motor city, I have read and seen a great deal of Ted for a long time. The people that have not, are his worst critics. You have to know and understand what Ted means to be funny or what he truly beleives in. In his book you get both. You must respect a person who truly lives and preaches what he lives by. What is wrong with that. His views on the media are 100% true. They do not report the truth. He hunts for his food in the woods, others go hunting at the grocery store. The end factor of both products is they are killed for us to eat. His views are real simple, the constitution was written for a purpose. All he is asking for is that we the people be given the opportunity to live our GOD GIVEN RIGHTS that our constitution allows us. Funny, interesting, informative true truths told by a proud American. The most important thing in Ted's life is not about hunting, rock n roll, money or fame. Read this book and take note. It is about having a loving family. Is that to radical to ask for?

Summary: Thank God for Nuge!
Review: I am SO GLAD there is someone in America today who young people look up to who is committed to the Right to Keep and bear Arms.

Bruce Willis is another good one. We have so few.

Summary: The Nudge - Right On Target Again
Review: I was never a huge fan of his music (although everyone should have a copy of the Fred Bear song) but Ted's views on the value of God, families and politics really hits home. His constant focus on people taking repsonsibility for THEMSELVES hits on the crux of what is wrong with American society today. If you do not enoy this book you are probably one of the lazy, whiny people who are terrified to get active and try to make a positive difference; at least get out and VOTE!

Summary: Ted is the Straight Talk Express
Review: Ted!!! Thank you for saying what I am feeling. Your book has changed me, literally. I was always a law-abiding American, a sheep in the herd, but now I am a law-abiding gun-owning American. I urge everyone to read this book, wake up and realize that they can either be "We the people" or "We the sheeple"! We are not safe in this crime-ridden society, but it is now time to take back our lives and our homes. Buy a gun, be responsible, get trained, and keep on listening to Ted.. and for God's Sake.... VOTE RESPONSIBLY!! Otherwise, we will always be victims...

Summary: Ted named this book incorrectly....
Review: ...it should be titled GUNS GUNS GUNS GUNS GUNS GUNS GUNS by Ted Nugent. I guess I had the wrong idea about this. I was hoping for more rock n' roll stories, but they were few and far between. It's not that I'm anti-hunting, or that his self-rightous attitude offends me (it doesn't), but I was really looking for something that talked about his rock experience, his guitar playing, or something other than guns. Look for me to be "regifting" this book at Christmas time...

Summary: Journey to the Center of your Mind
Review: Ted has brought to life arguments delineating what the Founding Fathers meant when building our great country. He forces you to look at The Constitution and particularly the 2nd Amendment in a thoughtful, fact driven and truthful manner. As my title suggests ... Ted takes you on a journey to the center of the Constitution!

Summary: About 5 Chapters too long...
Review: OK, Ted, we get the point. Hunting is good, guns are good. The themes of this books are repeated to the point that, even if you agree with him, you want him to say something else. He brings up some interesting points, but not enough to stretch into an entire book. This would have made a much better essay.

Summary: Uncle Ted Rants and Raves
Review: you know, I personally love Uncle ted, but, this book is not about his life, its about his view on politics, he goes on and on about how he hates the laws abd what he would do to make this a safer country. In short this is a collection of whining and crying about what HE thinks is wrong with the country. end of story

Summary: God, Guns & Rock and Roll
Review: As a life long fan of Ted's music, I am even more impressed with his gift to write. This book is an easy read with a "right-on" straight forward, typical Nugent style. While I am part of the "choir" Ted preaches to, I hope more middle of the road, fence sitters will read the book and and actually listen to what Ted is trying to say.

Summary: Should be required reading
Review: This book is brilliantly written and hammers home the truth in a way that nobody but Ted Nugent could do! It made me howl with laughter, cry with sadness, shake my head in disbelief at the "sheeple" of America, but most of all it made me think!!

I am a gun owner, but not a hunter, and this book gave me a whole new perspective on the emotion and RESPONSIBILITY of true hunters.

Ted brings the Spirit of the Wild to life and the love of family, the Constitution, and America to the forefront where they belong. I highly recommend this book!!
