Summary: What ???
Review: This joker's evidence of Chistian persecution has to do with Christmas cards? Ho.Ho.Ho. I certainly don't want my highway taxes to pay for state crews to erect religious signs. I can see it all now, standard highway signs replaced by signs with various religious symbols telling us heathens when to stop, slow down, caution, etc. Limbaugh must have been tapping Rush's pill supply when writing this tome. I say feed him to the lions. And Happy Kwanza.

Summary: 5 stars because it brought out hate reviews by the leftists
Review: Leftists (there is nothing "liberal" about them) tend to be less religious than conservatives, almost by definition, and more agnostic and atheistic. Very recently a study reported on TV pointed out that leftist Democrats tend to be less religious and go to church less than conservative Republicans. Pretty good support of what is happening here.... the leftists, agnostics, atheists, and other haters of religion, in their reviews here have proven beyond all reasonable doubt, in agreement with the TV report, that Mr. Limbaugh is correct. No one could have done better to prove Mr. Limbaugh's point than the leftist "reviews" here. I call them "reviews" because most of them probably did not read the book; they just hate religion, despise Jesus Christ, and, in general, despise any kind of morals, principles, ethics, or even good manners. The Hollywierdos demonstrate this perfectly. Too many of these whackos are alcoholics and drug addicts (I'm not an addict, I just have a bad habit), and many of them are so busy getting divorces and remarried multiple times, they don't have time for their addicted kids (some of Bush's and Mel Gibson's worst critics know what I'm talking about) Speaking of Mel Gibson, the leftist "crucifixion" of Mel Gibson pretty well proves the point. It's no wonder they hate Christians, or any other kind of moral and ethical teaching. No one wants to be preached to about their character flaws, and these leftist reviews prove the point.

Summary: What's wrong with agnosticism?
Review: Many of us are realizing that religion is the great divider in this world, and will no longer be intimidated by obsessive religionists.

Limbaugh suggests that there is a war against Christianity -- but in fact it is a war against superstition in general, with Christianity belittled only because it is the most manifest of said superstitions in early 21st Century America. (...)

To say nothing of Rosicrucianism!

Summary: Good Book; Excessive Title
Review: "The Constitution . . . is a mere thing of wax in the hands of the judiciary, which they may twist and shape into any form they please." Thomas Jefferson

Being rather middle of the road on these subjects I was generally shocked by the content of the book. (...) Probably the best, but most tedious part of his book is all of the examples. Over 300 solid pages of thousands of illustrations, all carefully documented, makes one wonder why no major news outlet is not reporting on this problem. This should be a page one story for the news-media who proclaim the first amendment as their shield. Perhaps if reporters were to read the amendment they would understand that Freedom of the Press is inexorably linked to Freedom of Religion. Erode one and the erosion of the other will surly follow.

To read this book one must distances themselves from their ideology. If you can do that then you can easily see how Christians in this country would feel discriminated against. The title 'Persecution', as many have pointed out is a little excessive, but that should in no way negate the effects of the vast pernicious discrimination. Limbaugh does a good job in showing those on the ideological left who claim tolerance are really the MOST intolerant of any beliefs outside of their own. The hypocrisy is extant and miasmic.

The question he fails to answer is why have these secularist launched a holy jihad against Christianity? Metaphysical reasons aside it would seem to this reviewer that they do not want their personal conduct to be judged. That is what this holy war is all about. If Christianity is allowed to be discussed in the public arena then questions about abortion, drug use, sexual orientation, or other moral dilemmas will be open for discussion. Above all secularists do not want open discussion, in fact they fear open discussion of ideas more than almost anything else, that is because they want a moral anarchy to exist, where adults can do anything they please by invoking the call of personal freedom.

We have already seen the destructiveness of moral breakdowns since the 1960's, children born out of wedlock which is the primary cause of poverty, the rampant drug use which is the primary cause of violent crime along with many other breakdowns in the liberal 'it's all about me' society. Of course the left has no answers or even compassion for those humans' lives that are destroyed and discarded in their selfish quest for personal nirvana. They show only contempt, what a disgraceful and sad commentary.

To sum things up this country was founded on Judeo-Christian philosophy not on a particular religion. It is obvious to any clear thinking American (those who have not been propagandized by their ideology) that spirituality and Judeo-Christian philosophy were main ingredients that gave us the Constitution. Simply put historical revisionist and antireligious fanatics are tearing down what the Founders relied upon; moral clarity. But don't take my word for it, ponder the sage advice given by the founding fathers themselves:

"God who gave us life gave us liberty. Can the liberties of a nation be secure when we have removed a conviction that these liberties are the gift of god?" Thomas Jefferson

"We have no government armed with power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion. . . . Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other." John Adams

"I therefore beg leave to move - that henceforth, prayers imploring the assistance of Heaven and its blessing on our deliberations, be held in this Assembly every morning before we proceed to business, and that one or more of the clergy of this city be requested to officiate in that service." Benjamin Franklin to the constitutional convention.

"We have staked the whole future of American civilization, not upon the power of government, far from it. We have staked the future of all of our political institutions upon the capacity of mankind for self-government; upon the capacity of each and all of us to govern ourselves, to control ourselves, to sustain ourselves according to THE TEN COMMANDMENTS." James Madison

"America was not founded by religionist but by Christians. It was not founded upon religions but upon the gospel of Jesus Christ" Patrick Henry

Good Job Mr. Limbaugh

Summary: Getting It Right
Review: (...)

David's illustrations of the escalating discrimation against Christians in the U.S. are very enlightening, and they raise significant red flags. We need to be alert to this human-rights issue and stand up for those who are prejudged and disenfranchised for their faith. It is never okay to ridicule citizens for their core beliefs.

Summary: Dispelling the myth of separation of Church and State
Review: Mr. Limbaugh does an outstanding job in this book of showing how "separation of Church and State" is not the law of the land but, rather, an infringement on our rights. He cites case after case of individuals being discriminated against because of their religious beliefs-- which is strictly prohibited by the Constitution. If you want to be aware of the assault against your religious rights, this book is a must-read.

Summary: tired of the persecution meme
Review: "Liberals" are NOT waging a war against christianity! If anyone is "waging war" against anyone here, it's the other way around. If you are in the world and not of it, then focus on your heavenly reward and stop trying to make everyone bow to your will of relgious beliefs.

I have to second another readers statement about the founding fathers and their stance on religion. It may interest people to learn how many deists reside among the "great men" who help found and mold our democracy.

Summary: Books like this lead to racism
Review: All I think liberals are waging a war against is people who do not think. Read this book and try to find how it doesn't add to the hysteria that the US is currently enraptured in. Just another thing for Americans to be afraid of, the Liberals are coming. Maybe Rush's next book should be, Addiction: My life preaching about family values, christianity, and conservatism while i'm getting prescription medicine that I do not need.

Summary: Lets all learn about SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE
Review: Separation of Church and State isn't about persecution. Its about letting people follow their religion independantly of government intervention. By definition "persecute" means To oppress or harass with ill-treatment, especially because of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or beliefs. Persecution would be harassing or throwing people in jail for going to church. Now by definition (and by using one of the books situations) asking for prayer in school would be persecution of atheists. Don't atheists have the right to be atheists?

Summary: May change history!!
Review: I cannot say enough about how good this book is. THIS is why printing presses were invented. A real revolution is shaping up in these pages--one like the Copernican revolution, but MUCH more important on a grand scale to our future on this planet.

This book destroys prejudice in the true sense of the word--by relentlessly pursuing facts and truth beyond the emotional conditioning we have grown up with in our modern Jew-influenced and twisted culture. This book talks clearly about the vast differences between the races. (...)Limbaugh has the courage of Bruno the philosopher who was burned at the stake during the dark ages for his views on Heliocentrism. The people who condemned him refused to look through telescopes. They were PREJUDICED to the extreme. HERE is a telecope of vastly greater importance to our future. Justice demands that we all look through this telescope.

RACE is a real issue--probably the most important issue that ever existed in the intellectual world. You cannot think clearly without facts, and this book presents them clearly to show the problems we are up against. Many modern issues are dealt with--from the failures of school integration to the 70-80% inheritance of IQ. (...)Additionally, they factor in the mind-expanding ideas that the environment itself is built by people in the modern world--which means that high IQ people create a stimulating and enriching environment. You need to inherit AND live among those motivated by knowledge.

In other areas, Limbaugh shows how police are not biased at all in their arrest patterns--when we factor in the wildly different rates of criminal activity between the various races. We find that there are many myths and urban legends which we have been conditioned to believe emotionally, but are simply not true. Not true at all in fact. When we believe something, we tend to think there is a kernel of truth somewhere. In this case, astoundingly, there is not. All you have to do is to logically and objectively gather the facts and let them speak for themselves. This book is the destruction of prejudice.

The only weak point is the books reluctance to deal with the Jewish-influence behind the scenes in creating our misperceptions about race and heredity. This is a central issue, because the Jews have a very different world view also, in spite of their intellect. Their intellect makes them especially dangerous to the future of truth. For example, the Jew Franz Boas created a whole new area of study to replace physical anthropology called cultural anthropology--crippling the study of racial and biological influences in culture. There are many such systematic examples of their fundamental differences from white Europeans. There is a reason they were kicked out of every country of Europe at one time or another--they were once banished from England for 400 years.

This may not be so bad. (...) This is certainly the best book I have read(...) .I recommend it deeply with this one reservation.
