Rating: Summary: So comforting! Review: My dad died 2 weeks ago from lung cancer, and a few people in my family (including myself) have experienced him in "other worldly" ways. I decided to read up on experiences by other people, and found this book. It's SO comforting to know that our loved ones are still able to contact us- to comfort us! - after their death. If anyone questions their own experiences, I highly suggest reading this book. I would definately recommened it to others!

Rating: Summary: What else but very touching... Review: So many touching stories of so many people whose loved ones have passed but were able to come through and "prove" that they're still around. I truly believe that this is so and for all of you who "need" to believe, this is the book for you.
Rating: Summary: LIFE CHANGING - I NOW SEE THE WORLD THROUGH DIFFERENT EYES! Review: Thank you Bill & Judy Guggenheim for writing such a spiritual book. Your book changed my life in such a positive way. I have found confirmation in several books about the life-hereafter. I compare your book to Jenny Crawford's book "Through the Eyes of Spirit" and James Van Praagh's book "Talking to Heaven". I urge you all to keep writing and passing on spiritual truths to all those in-need. I find your works fasinating, healing, and so very comforting. I look forward to reading more from these authors.
Rating: Summary: Heavenly! Review: The irony of how this book fell into my hands is in itself a story all its own. It was the anniversary of the death of a dear friend. I had thought that I had experienced ADCs in the past but doubts would continually crop up and I began to lose faith and occasionally get discouraged. I was feeling particularly down at this time, when an unexpected surprise phone call came one evening. I was offered this book as a gift, and as promised it arrived in the mail a few days later. Once I began to read the documented stories of people from all walks of life who have experienced these incredible ADCs, it was difficult to tear myself away! I am impressed by the extent of research compiled by the authors and the organized manner that this book was put together. Not only that, there is a butterfly on the cover and one of the most significant communications I had experienced in the past had to do with butterflies. By the way, there is a whole chapter dedicated to "Symbolic ADCs" , which has helped me to put my 'contacts' into perspective. In short, my whole attitude has changed since reading this extraordinary and inspirational book. Was it a coincidence or truly a miracle that I received that phone call at just the right time? Only God knows.
Rating: Summary: Not very usefull Review: The theme of this book is that love is eternal - love continues even after death. It is well documented in this book how some people have genuine contacts from deceased loved ones. These after-death communications (ADCs), bring the surviving family members, feelings of love, warmth and inner peace and shorten the duration of their grief and bereavement. Right from the beginning of the book I had this question, " If ADCs have such healing powers, why don't all deceased friends and relatives come to contact us in some way or give us a sign that they are in a different dimension and that they are fine?" The authors explore this question in the last chapter. Do our deceased relatives need special permission to contact us? And permission from whom? ADCs reveal that deceased loved ones are extremely happy, radiate light, appear younger and healthy and have a new awareness. Do they know the truth about all things? In the future, as we learn more about ADCs, will we be able to communicate with our deceased loved ones at will? And what kind of advice could they give us? A very interesting subject that needs further discussion and exploring. There is still so much unknown about the spiritual universe. My next book by Elisabeth Kubler-Ross and David Kessler called "Life Lessons" will be about a related topic.
Rating: Summary: Hello From Heaven Review: This book gave me much comfort in dealing with my parents' deaths. Although I have not personally experienced what the subjects have reported, it sure makes me feel good to know other people have had these interactions with their deceased loved ones.
Rating: Summary: Enlightning reading Review: This book is well written. Anyone who has lost a loved one will enjoy it. It gives you hope !
Rating: Summary: A remarkable book! Review: This book proves out unequivocally that our loved ones and the love they have for us continues on beyond this life, beyond this place. Ms. Guggenheim reports that the spirit of the departed person and the love that it has for those who still remain, grows and flourishes upon the spiritual realms. This is made abundantly clear as one reads of the documented stories within this wonderful book of those who have been contacted in some way by their deceased loved ones. What a blessing and a comfort this book is! To know that our loved ones not only live on but that they desire to communicate this to us is a true joy and a balm to the heart. Congratulations to the Guggenheims for having the heart and soul to undertake a project of this magnitude during a time when after death communications (ADC's) were barely understood or talked about openly at all. Kudos to Judy and Bill!
