Summary: Jewels of the Sun
Review: I thought this book was great-very descriptive, and you could just feel the pain and love throughout the novel. Nora Roberts always writes really good novels, but this is one of her better books. I just wish we wouldn't have to wait so long for the second and third books in the trilogy! I'll have to read the first one again by the time they are out!

Summary: Only read the first four chapters
Review: I purchased this book at the Airport. For the first ten pages or so, my fellow travellers noticed [to my embarrassment], that I couldn't take the smile off my face. Such humour was written into the opening paragraphs - the author must have been writing about any one of us, male or female. Right up until Aidan and Gallagher's came into the picture this promised to be a work of art, encompassing the beauty of Ireland, it's folk lore, rich and wonderful people and the history of ghosties and goblins. Unfortunately after Aidan came into the story, it became nothing but pages and pages of two people thinking about becoming intimate - no more than a basic Love Story.....which could have been written on a rainy afternoon - just to fill in the time. The two stars are for the opening pages.

Review: I just finished reading "Jewels In The Sun". It was wonderful........I can't wait for the next two books!

Summary: beautiful, magical...captures the true beauty of Ireland
Review: The story was beautiful and magical. It all starts when an overworked psychology professor comes to take a break from the boredom of her life in a cottage on Fairy Hill in a small Irish village. The story is one that shouldn't be overlooked. Nora Roberts has again outdone herself.

Summary: Roberts is a True Senache (irish for storyteller)
Review: I've been a fan of Nora Roberts since I first discovered her several years ago, but Jewel of the Sun enchanted me from word one. I can't wait for the next two in the trilogy. She wove a tale of life in Ireland and true love and family values and fantasy as skillfully as any true Irish senache. The romantic spirit of Ireland dances throughout the book. She is able to portray the Irish life in a way I have felt but not yet seen in print. I am a prolific reader and have been to Ireland and the magic of the land and the people is aptly portrayed. She has a skill for painting feelings in addition to word pictures which gets better and better every year. Please - lots more like this!

Summary: Jewels of the Sun
Review: This is one of Noras best including travel, beauty, romance and fantasy all in one. for days I felt like the the Heroine of this book, feeling all she felt and thought. The only disappointment I felt was that the sequel is not released yet. I cannot wait. Keep them coming Ms Roberts. Fantastic Works of art.

Summary: Magic
Review: Even when it is not her best book, it is always a pleasure to read one of Nora's stories. Some reviewers have said that this book is only good for a rainy Saturday afternoon. How I wish I had one "Jewels of the Sun" for every rainy Saturday! What a pity Nora writes only one trilogy a year!

Summary: Irish Romance
Review: As a Nora Roberts fan, I enjoy the romances as much as the mysteries. But everytime Nora writes about Ireland, my heart can't help but follow. Her descriptions take me away. As I read this story and thought of the two books to follow, I was wishing I could start the second book upon finishing the first. I'm ready for more romance

Summary: Hwo soon till the next one comes out? I can't wait!
Review: This is my first ever Nora Roberts novel. I usually read Rosamunde Pilcher, but I found this to be just as enjoyable. While I prefer a more descriptive narrative, such as Pilcher's, the give and take with Jude and Aidan, the barriers she puts up, and the well-meaning, but meddling family & friends, make this a wonderful read! I had 2 people ask to borrow it when I was finished.

Now all I want to know is when is the next one coming out?
