Review: I must be the odd one out, but I didn't like the book at all. I read the first two chapters and put it down. In my opinion it lacked excitement, the characters were lack luster and the writing was stilted.

Review: This book was great. I am completely hooked on the world that Christine Feehan created in this story. The storyline and the characters are original. I hope this book is the beginning of a series. Gregori, Jacques and Aidan (I believe) definitely need their own stories. If you're a fan of the paranormal or futuristic genre of romance, definitely read this story! It's a keeper!

Review: This has to be one the "best" books that I have everread. The story of Mikhail and Raven is one of a kind. With intenseemotions felt by both characters. This is one of the few books that I have read that I could really feel the characters. It is a new twist on the paranormal ideas we have of vampires. I have read this book many times and still find something new inside the pages. I would and have recommended this book to friends, family, and even others when I was in the bookstore. The story of the Carpathians and the trials they endure is touching and I sincerely hope that Christine Feehan is planning another part to this wonderful world she has created.

Review: I never thought I would find an author to equal Maggie Shayne when it comes to romantic vampires but Christine Feehan has done it! This is a wonderful, well written, we-want-more book! Ms; Feehan's views on Vampires-excuse me-Carpatians left me breathless and reading as fast as I could to find out more, don't miss this one people it's a winner!

Summary: Most original and well-rounded book I have read in months!!
Review: Add me to the cheering list for DARK PRINCE. It is the most original, and well-rounded book I have read in months. I kept thinking about Mikhail and other male Carpathians today -- thinking about beings that live so long that they lose their emotions, even the ability to see in color unless they find their lifemates - wow!!! I really enjoyed learning about the secrets and special abilities which Christine Feehan gifted the Carpathians as well as the burdens (personal demons) each male faces to survive.This book has been a hot discussion point on several of my listservs. Everyone is dying to find out who the hero/heroine in DARK DESIRE will be. I would love to see more of Mikhail and Raven's story, but everyone agrees that they can hardly wait for Gregori's story. Thank you Christine for taking us to a very special universe, filled with so many people we can enjoy and truly like.

Summary: One of the best reads of the year.
Review: Loved it! Impossible to put down. I felt like I knew all the characters personally. I really related to Raven. All the characters came alive, but my heart was stolen by Gregori! Don't miss this one. I've already ordered Ms. Feehan's next novel. I hope there will be many more from this wonderful newly discovered author.
