Summary: What a Book
Review: This is my first Cherry Adair book but absolutely not my last. What a writer!! Sexy, witty and mysterious. I'm trying to find all her books now and can't wait for the next two, to be published in August, Hide & Seek and "In Too Deep". As good or better than Linda Howard, Sandra Brown & Elizabeth Lowell.

Summary: A thousand stars
Review: I LOVED this book. It was so great, I just couldn't put it down. The characters were strong, admirable, and realistic. The plot was smooth, suspensful, and captivating. And the romance. The romance was intoxicating, mesmorizing, and completely brilliant. There was nothing that I didn't like about this book. There was even a dog for the animal lover in me. I can't wait for her next books, if they're even half as good as this one, we're in for a treat.

Summary: A superb read! a 10+ read!
Review: Wow - this book is grrrreat. Really I have rarely enjoyed reading a book as much as I've enjoyed reading this one. Cherry Adair's style is quite similar to Christina Skye's ,so if you like Skye's books you will love Ms Adair!

The story is about Marnie Wright, a computer programmer who had a weak heart when she was young and still has to take her pills because of her heart. Now She is tired of living a secure ,over protected life (She has a father and 4 gorgeous brothers who stifle her with their protectiveness towards her).

Marnie goes to her late grandma's cabin in the mountains to draw (she wants to become an illustrator) and reflect on her life and there she meets Jake Dolan - a big hunk of a man who immediatley attracts her. However Jake very keen to see her leave his mountain. Jake has had a very bad experience with a blonde woman before and this had left him distrustful of women -especially cute blonde ones. He wants her out and immedieatley however Marnie has no intention to just get out - she immediately likes the man even though he seems eager to have her leave.

Her cabin destroyed after a storm, Marnie has no option but stay with Jake Dolan until the storm has passed. There she learns that Jake is involved in a very dangerous top secret military thing and his former collegues are trying to kill him. HE believes that Marnie may be involved with them and he mistrusts her -until she saves him -more than ones. The danger gets closer and things get complicated after a while and Jake has to try as best as he could to get both himself and especially Marnie out of the danger. From then onwards the adventure is non-stop!

If you want incredible romance, fast-paced adventure, mind-blowing sex, sharp, witty dialogue, a fiesty ,adorable heroine, and a hard bitten but soft at heart hero then look no further! This books has all the ingredients of a joy read and the good news is that this is only the first one in what looks to be a growing series. "Hide and Seek' is the second of the series and 'In too deep' is soon to be published too. SO what the hell are you waiting for ...go buy it! really, its worth it.
Ps..The cover for this book is another bonus btw. its beautiful.

Summary: Lust at First Sight
Review: Marnie Wright has come to the mountains to make decisons. At 27 she's sick of doing things that her four overprotective brothers and father want her to do. After the death of her Granny she needs to be alone and make some choices about her future. While walking through the woods she spots a cabin and starts to sketch much to the anger of the owner.

Jake Dolan is hiding out biding his time. He knows that someone is hunting him. Underneath his cabin he spots Marnie and wonders why she's there. He goes up to scare her off and finds that impossible. Marnie's used to overbearing males and Jake doesn't scare her he intrigues her ---and she and her dog fall in lust at first sight.

Jake can't believe Marnie isn't intimidated by him. Things go from bad to worse as Jake has to "save" Marnie when a tree crashs through her cabin. In the pouring rain the only bride out of the woods flooded he has to take her home with him. Than the adventure begins not only does Jake have to fight the bad guys hunting hin and his growing attraction to Marnie.

Marnie is a character I want to be friends with. She doesn't let Jake intimidate her. She holds her ground and when he says he doesn't want her she knows the truth of the matter. She has a sense of humor and I can see why someone like Jake used to being alone is mystified by her. If you like your romances with plenty of adventure and a heroine who can hold her own and still be female this is the book for you! Kiss and Tell is going on my keeper shelf!

Summary: More! More! More!
Review: I absolutely loved this book! Cherry Adair has made it to the top of my list of favourite authors. I read and loved The Mercenary a few years ago but lost track of Ms. Adair. So when I picked up Kiss and Tell by chance and fell in love with the hero. I recognized her style immediately. While, Marnie is a strong, determined and sensual woman; Jake is a tough guy with a soft spot buried under years of isolation and lonliness. I love all that restraint and sexual tension.HOT! While the sexual sparks are flying the fast paced story never quits. I espescially enjoy meeting her brothers. More to come about them I hope. This book is too good to lend! Go buy your own!

Summary: NOT THAT GREAT!!
Review: I was greatly disappointed in this book. I thought it was BORING!! I read the reviews before I bought it and am alittle stumped by how good they are...Did I miss something???? I would suggest a Nicole Jordon book or Linda Howard or Sandra Brown, or Emma Holly if you want some great romance reading. Don't waste your money. Check it out from the library if you are tempted to see for yourself if you like it.

Summary: Get This Book
Review: I liked this book! The action was good and the romance was steamy. The plot was well-paced which kept me turning the pages. Plus it was a satisfying length. I thought it was better than her second book Hide and Seek whose heroine annoyed me no end.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Not a total waste of time
Review: This was a very interesting, fast paced adventure. With witty dialogue and a good story line. It doesn't deserve a derogatory review, but...it was a little far fetched. Like an intimate shower scene a few hours after both hero and heroine are ailing in one way or another. The intimate scenes were nice and steamy, as far as the puppy goes, not even Lassie was that clever. The hero was good, but could have been a little nicer at some point. And the author constantly used slang words, some of which I haven't even heard. The inconsistencies could be annoying, but if read with an open mind, this is an enjoyable read.
