Rating: Summary: Where can I find a man like that? Review: I loved this book! This and Once a Princess have to be my favorites!! This book is a perfect example of the magic Ms. Lindsey is capable of. I love her other books but what's up with the spanking? Thankfully enougth this didn't have any of that. The characters are very loveable and their romance is very beliveable. Lachlan was soo sweet!I liked the return of Megan and Devlin whose romance in Man of My Dreams is hilarious. Overall Love Me forever is excellent and it's one of those that you can read over again.
Rating: Summary: Charming - If You Take It For What It Is Review: I picked up Love Me Forever on a lark and was pleasantly surprised. What makes this book so enjoyable is, by far, the lead characters. Kimberly is an admirable woman who doesn't fit the petite, spoiled, typically "virginal" heroine mold. And though she puts up little resistance to Lachlan after their first physical encounter, her insecurities feed enough of her internal conflict to make their relationship interesting. Lachlan, is your typical charming, Scottish, alpha-Laird, but he's drawn so well as a character and has such heart that you can't help but fall in love with him. Both the weak plot resolution (in terms of having to clear Lachlan's name) and the fact that Lachlan carried a torch for his former lady-love for so long and also while he was actively seducing Kimberly, rubbed me the wrong way; but other than that, this is a fun book with great characters and should definetly be on your "To Be Read" pile.
Rating: Summary: bland Review: I read Man of my dreams before I read this book. Even though there were usual combination of villain, misunderstanding and all, the total story line was bland and not exciting at all. What is about Lachlan bedding Kimberly when she was sleeping so she didn't even know what was happening to her (and it happened only a couple of days after two meeting for the first time)? I would have given 3.5 stars if there is one. I would recommend Man of my dreams rather than its sequel.

Rating: Summary: Good but not Great Review: I was a little disappointed with this book from Ms. Lindsey. I usually read her books at least twice but I could not bring myself to read this one again. I expected more.
Rating: Summary: Och, man- WHAT A MAN! Review: I've read several of Ms. Lindsey's books and she tends to be a hit a miss author, but this title... I LOVE THIS BOOK. Anytime I'm feeling a bit low or need to escape I pull out my worn copy of LOVE ME FOREVER, and laugh along with Kimber and Lachlan. Where do I order a large kilted Scottsman?
Rating: Summary: LOVE ME FOREVER Review: In LOVE ME FORVER, Johanna Lindsey shows why she is one of the best romance writers ever. This book has passion, prejudice, revenge, confusion and comedy. Scotman Lachlan McGregor, head of the McGregor clan, needs to find a wife with a huge dowry to support his recently ransacked coffers. But he really wants to whisk away the Duchess of Wrothstone from her husband the Duke. Lady Kimberly Richards, while still mourning her mother's death, is forced by her father to find a husband, so that he can get her out of the house and remarry. Kimberly and Lachlan end up among a number of guests at a match making gathering. This "season" is hosted and put together by none other than the Duke and Duchess of Wrothstone. Both Kimberly and Lachlan develop an immediate and intense dislike of each other. One romantic and hilarious event after another occurs, and everyone leaves with something and someone different than they'd planned. This book is excellent for romance lovers.
Rating: Summary: THIS BOOK IS NOT ABOUT LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT Review: It is often that we read books about good-looking man and woman who fell in-love with each other at first sight (because of their looks!) this plot is just so hmmm, used? redundant? Here, Lachlan didn't fall in-love with Kimberly straight away as she doesn't look good at first glance. Lachlan's feelings for Kimberly slowly developed because the more he looks at her, the more he sees her inner beuty, and after sometime, he realized that he just found himself liking the look of her! Kimberly is also super sexy but very reserved! Which has so much appeal to a man such as Lachlan! Hero types of men go for reserved, witty, charming type of women. TO TOP IT ALL, LOVE SOMETIMES DOESN'T HAPPEN STRAIGHT AWAY, MORE OFTEN THAN NOT, LOVE DEVELOPS IN IT'S OWN PERFECT TIME!
Rating: Summary: Heart Warming Love Story Review: Johanna Lindsey is one of my favorite authors and Love me Forever is on of her best yet. Her heroine Kimberly is headstrong, funny everything you would want a heroine to be. Anyone who enjoys reading a good love story that makes you laugh, this is the one to read.
Rating: Summary: Sequel to Man of My Dreams Review: Kimberly's father has arranged for her to stay with the Duke and Duchess of Wrothston so that she may find a husband. Her heart is stolen when Lachlan MacGregor, the Duke's previously unknown cousin by marriage, arrives. A year before, Lachlan had actually kidnapped Megan, the now Duchess of Wrothston, believing himself in love with her. He still intends to win her over despite her marriage while plain Kimberly pales in comparison to the Duchess' classic beauty. But something strange is happening. Kimberly is blossoming before Lachlan's eyes. While whispering words of love to Megan, he becomes drawn to Kimberly. He imagines himself making love to her and in a night of passion does just that. Now he must marry her, but Kimberly will have none of that. She refuses to marry a man in love with another woman, a man who is obviously out for her money. Or is he? Kimberly and Lachlan sizzle in this warm, funny, enchanting tale of two people finding each other despite what they might believe otherwise. Kimberly is a wonderful character: courageous, yet occasionally shy, warm, humourous, and intelligent. Lachlan is a rogue thru and thru, but as he is drawn toward Kimberly becomes a devoted and attentive lover, a man that any woman could love forever. This is one of my absolute favorites by Lindsey and I consider it one of her best.
