Review: This book is an interesting story about the life of a young high school football player named Louie that is trying to get through his senior year. In the beginning Louie's life had started out normally. Discovering a new relationship with a young girl named Becky had given Louie a feeling of love that he had never experienced before. Louie's life seems to be doing well for a while but then everything takes a turn for the worst. Louie is forced to deal with more problems then he can handle. His family and friends are there to support him, but his attitude soon changes due to a tragic incident with Becky. This book relates to many problems that many other high school students today have to endure. I feel that more students should read this book because it could help or maybe even inspire new teen writers.

Review: This book is very interesting! It tells a lot of things that could happen to a high school student every day. It also has a good plot. Louie is a senior in high school. He plays in sports and he has a lot of friends. He also has a girlfriend whom he loves. Then a lot of things start to go wrong and Louie gets kicked off the football team. After that his family, bestfriend, and his girlfriend give him a lot of support. Louie says, " he can face anything as long as he has Becky's love". Towards the end something tragic happens to his girlfriend. Everybody in the town thinks that he is acting weird. He has a lot of anger and he needs to let it out. I think that you should read this book; it is great book!

Review: This book was the best of the Chris Crutcher collection. It was a moving story of a high school boy who gets kicked off of the football team. After that everything went downhill, but to him nothing went wrong as long as he has his girlfriends love. When tradgety stikes you see the effects on Louie. Read it and find out more!

Review: This is a great book because it refers to what could happen to a ordinary high school student. It deals with real life of a high school student who is just trying to do things that he feels is right. Most teens can look at this book and understand what is happening to him and they can also feel what he is feeling by the way the author Chris Crutcher expresses the way Louie feels. Louie goes through many different feelings and Chris Crutcher describes each of these feelings with great word use. Running Loose is one of the best books I have ever read.
