Review: This book is loved by kids, it is exciting, mysterious and the main charachter Stanley is very, very likeable. What is really incredible though is how much adults seem to love this book too. I am a serious reader, I read several books a week and I believe Holes is one of my favorite books ever. I completely forgot I was reading a "kids" book by the end! "Holes" is an exciting, suspenseful mystery with two inter-weaving plotlines that come together in a shocking and wonderful ending. Of course for you adults out there it will be a quick read. It is worth reading (and re-reading!) no matter what your age.

Review: This book is magnetic! I put it down, and kept on picking it up again! my favorite person was the queerest person I've ever met,Zero. I think that it was great how Sachar pulls the story together with tall tales. I also liked the hidden humer. I'm glad this story went all the way and got a Newberry. Five stars, Sachar!!!

Review: This book is mostly about a story in a story in a story in a story.It takes place at a camp and a village and in this story is a curse apon the 4 stanley down to our stanley.Things i thougt was strong about this book was how it went into detail and it went from story to story making sure you know how everythimg started and why it all started the way it all did. Some weak points about the story was how when it would go like into a mystry it would not finish and leave you hangeing also i find a weak point where stanley and zero are in the desert and Sachar basicly leaves them there while nothing is happening BORING!!! this is how i feel about holes other than the weak points i realy liked the story.

Review: This book is my favorite book ever. I read in 2 hours. I couldn't stop reading it. It was amazing. It had a twisting and magical plot. The plot was so full. I don't think it's possible to write a better book. If you read it I promise you will like it. I knew it was soposed to be good. It was really amazing.

Review: this book is not just for kids...there are a lot of adults out there who would benefit from reading this, specifically certain uninspiring teachers i had in high school. this book illustrates not only what is wrong with the way we punish our youth but also what is wrong with how we educate them. this book would make a great film, too bad kubrick passed away--the landscapes and subject matter of this book fit squarely within many of the parameters of his directorial preferences. a five star book.

Review: This book is on my top Five list now. TO put it simply this book rocks. The characters are the best. The villainous / very evil people are perfect you just want to slap them sometimes. I breezed thorught this book it. The author Is really good at putting you in the book not literally but you know what I mean. Well I hope you have as much fun reading this book as I did. Review: This book is one of my favorite books. As a matter of fact, it's my brother's absolute favorite book ever. It's also the best realistic fiction book I've ever read. It drags you in, very realistic and sometimes funny. I would definetly reccommend buying this book, because you will LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!

Summary: Louis Sachar id an Amazing job on this hit at My school!
Review: This book is one of my most favorite books in the world!Stanley Yelnats is a great character.The book has a great story and I will always treasure that book. All of my classmates read it and loved it! Mr.Sachar is a great author.At the time I was reading Holes I was also reading the 1st Harry Potter book. I had times I would read holes and Harry Potter at the same time! This book is wonderful from 4th-7th grade I see my 8th grade friend read it and I think she likes it too I recomend this book with all of my heart.
