Summary: this "writer" sleeps well at night?
Review: I made it through this screed despite my increasing nausea. If this guy wasn't so popular, he would be laughable.
Scary hateful, divisive stuff on every page. And my fellow Americans love him for it?
Since when an insult the equivalent of political thought?
zero stars for an unelightened talking head.

Summary: telling it like it is
Review: Red--that is, Bush--America has no more passionate spokesperson than Sean Hannity. He speaks for the values that still mean something to most of this country--faith, family, and freedom. He sees clearly through the relativistic mish-mash of modern times and pulls no punches. No, his ideas aren't extraordinarily complex; Hannity is no philosopher. But that's the point. Conservatism, as understood by regular people, is a simple thing, recognizing the simple truths of reality and existence--only to seem them obscured and distorted and even destroyed by the Left and, sometimes, too, by Republicans.

The book reads easily and is part chronicle of his encounters with liberals, part exposition of his beliefs. It covers the gamut of today's issues: immigration, education, the environment, national defense, taxes, the media. He paints an accurate picture of the American left as mostly hypocritical, morally blind "Kool-Aid drinkers," whose ideas are dangerous and threatening to all that the country has held dear for over two hundred years. He tenaciously defends what he believes and does not fear admitting his faith in God and the role that his Christian beliefs play in his life. "Let Freedom Ring" is an admirable defense of conservative values and moral clarity. It will no doubt make some people uncomfortable and offend many others--but that's because it rings with such truth.

Summary: Unthinking sycophants, come on in!
Review: Hannity is just like Coulter and Limbaugh...he brings nothing to the table except a hatred of the other side. It's impossible to take this guy seriously.

Summary: How it's been done so far
Review: Another excellent book showing how and why Conservatives have grown in power over the last 20+ years and why they'll continue to do so. While I don't totally agree with his religous views, Sean is right on target with his political analysis.

Summary: Hard to put down book
Review: Enjoyed the book. Read it in just a few days in that it was hard to put down. For a no nonsense look at America, this is a must read.

Summary: Let Freedom Ring
Review: Let Freedom Ring is a must read for everyone. Mr.Hannity outlines what is wrong in our world and offers realistic solutions. Unlike many liberal media members, Mr. Hannitys views on subjects such as education, immigration and the environment are well thought out and he does not always toe "the party line".
He voices concerns with some of President Bushs' policies and does so with an energy not found in years. He also points out why liberalism could be the downfall of our country. Starting with the Clinton/Gore years.

Summary: Makes you proud again to be American
Review: His voice comes in loud and clear. His assessments are right on target. A sharp and respectable person you have to admire. You have to read this book to understand where we were 10 years ago as a country and where were are now. This is an impressive book.

Summary: I'm relieved
Review: Until I read this book, I was concerned about the impact the new conservative movement is having upon current affairs (actually I think the term conservative has been hijacked, but nevertheless...). Having waded through most of this, I feel much better. There's no way that such a movement could ever be successful over the long haul, based on the kind of shallow, poorly reasoned, self-serving nonsense laid out in this "book". Have no fear, folks. This is a fad, like the hula hoop. Eventually it will come to pass that none of this plays out as predicted, and it will lose its momentum. Hannity will be one of those "undead" like Liddy and North, who have influence within their own choir of braying admirers, but not much pull elsewhere. I'm glad I read it, and I highly recommend it to anyone who's worried about the future of liberalism. I'm relieved; I thought this guy was smarter than he comes off here. Paper Tiger.

Summary: Repeat the lie often enough and the masses will believe it
Review: Sean Hannity, the fascistic voice of the rich and powerful, presents his arguments as a defender of liberty (wotta joke!). In Sean's mind liberty means one party (Republicans) ruling with an iron fist. If a majority of us keep on listening to clowns like this then I'm afraid for the nation's future. Read "Stupid White Men" to get the real story!

Summary: A Pig Defends His Sty
Review: The issue is not liberal vs conservative. The issue is progressive vs reactionary. Burning people at the stake and royalty walking on the backs of peasants may be Sean Hannity's vision of the future, but it certainly isn't mine. This grunt munching pig already makes too much money. Don't buy this rag.
