Summary: " Don't miss this book, it's terific"
Review: Evrething on a waffle is a great book. It got it's name from a restrunt called The girl on the Red Swing. THey searv evreything on a walffle. If you order egges it is on a waffle, ham it is on a waffle, ciken pot pie it is on a waffle, waffle then it is on a waffle. Primroes's pearens were out in a storm and evrybody but her thinks they are dead. She loses to body parts in this book. Her uncle Jack quite the army so that he coul take her in. He became a developoor and a volinter firefighter. I think YOU should read THIS book.

Summary: Two corrections to the last page
Review: Fun book. The last page has two problems:

First, you need to melt the butter before adding it to the mix. My daughter didn't realize that.

Second, electric waffle irons don't tell you when the waffle is ready, they just tell you when the heating element is on. So, when the light goes off, you know it's OK to start cooking waffles. Then, the light will go on and off, which has nothing to do with the doneness of the waffle. YOU need to TIME the waffle-baking.

Summary: Good Family Reading
Review: I am a mother of an 11-year old daughter and am constantly looking for non-Sailor Moon type books that my daughter will enjoy reading. Occasionally I will find a gem that the whole family can pile up together and enjoy. Everything on a Waffle is one of those books. Primrose is an interesting and insightful little girl surrounded by quirky grownups. I laughed out loud several times during the reading of this book. It is one of those books that makes you feel good when you're finished reading it. I am looking forward to sampling more of Polly Horvath.

Summary: Everything On A waffle
Review: I bought this book for my 11-yr-old granddaughter and decided to read it before sending it to her. In spite of some of the other reviews which criticize the happy ending, I believe tht it is age-appropriate for the intended audience. For my granddaughter, life's cruel realities will evidence themselves in good time, but for now I would like her to have happy stories to read. Primrose sounds like a little girl that I would like to meet, and I hope her story will encourage my granddaughter to read more. I give this book 4 stars only because I have not read enough children's literature lately to form a superlative opinion for the time being.

Summary: Everything On A Waffle
Review: I like this book, even though I like the book The Trolls better. An interesting person in this book was Miss Browzer. She was always helping Primrose out. Primrose is eleven years old and lives in a small town in Canada called Coal Harbour. Her parents went to sea on a stormy night and were thought to be dead. Primrose thought differently. She knew that they were on an island wondering how she was doing, because she knew that they loved her. Miss Perfidy was told to take care of Primrose. She got paid three dollars an hour. After Miss Perfidy stops taking care of her she hands her over to her uncle Jack's care. I thought that the recipes were very good, and the book was too!...

Summary: Good, but basically light weight
Review: I must say I enjoyed reading this book. It is cute, without being cutesy and it is enjoyable. I would recommend it to kids who want some light reading. But it won't stay with me a long time.

Review: I really enjoyed reading this because it had nice message. I'm taking a Children's Literature class in which I have to read 45 children's books this semester, so this is one of the books I chose. I think children can relate to this book because it sort of teaches never take anything for granted. I was so overjoyed when Primrose's parents came back because nobody believed that they were coming back. Everyone thought her parents were dead and Primrose is the only one that didn't give up hope. I recommend this book to anyone that likes to read.

Summary: Great book
Review: I really loved this book, but i didnt like how at the end of some of the chapters, it says something in 2 sentances that could have taken up a whole chapter. I would still recommend it though
