Review: i began reading this book on a friday morning and by the time i had put it down friday night i was already on ch.12 this book captivated me from page one and i immediatly felt my soul opening up. i saw each one of my failed relationship in every one of these people. i felt as if dana was a big part of me always running and never finding closure. until i read this book i had given up on ever finding a good healthy relationship but now i feel as though my "prince charming" is coming eventually. it didn't even take me 36 hours to complete this book even though i reread some chapters and lines over and over again. i look forward to reading many other books by eric jerome dickey as soon as possible. this is a great book for anyone who has ever been hurt or who has ever been unsure about themselves and their own self worth. i give this book two thumbs up

Summary: Games People Play.....
Review: It's a shame that in this day and age, the same games are being played over and over again. The bad thing about the characters is that they were most likely patterned after REAL people. My goodness, I'm sure there are plenty of sister's who have said they would never date a "baby's daddy"- but the extreme's to which Dana behaved was a bit much! She was truly a mess. I enjoyed the various characters, they all possessed qualities that remind you of somebody you know - - like Harmonica. In all actuality, Harmonica's character was not a necessity for the storyline, but his inclusion definitely helped make the story REAL. I must say that I was pleased with Liar's Game and the sort-of vollying back and forth that Dana and Vince contributed, kept me from putting the book down - because I wanted to see who was gonna come up with what next!

Summary: Liar's Game by Eric Jerome Dickey
Review: I began reading this book and I could not put it down! Eric Jerome Dickey allows you to become a part of each of his characters in the book. You feel you know each one and you feel exactly what they are experiencing. There were twists and turns to keep you guessing. I love his style of writing and highly recommend this book.

Summary: A Sisters in Spirit Book Club Review
Review: I had to go against the grain this time. I enjoyed this book much more than "Cheaters". This book kept me rolling! I truly felt that the characters in the book were much more realistic than the ones in "Cheaters". Don't get me wrong because I LOVED "Cheaters". But in "Liar's Game", Dickey developed the characters a little more, and you were able to see how one misunderstanding snowballed into a situation that got way out of hand. Dickey has done it again!

Summary: Lust, Lies and Fantasies
Review: Yes, in the beginning of a relationship we all got something to hide, and thus the lies that we try to pass off as truth will come back to haunt us. The characters in this tale of love and lust have their own skeletons to hide. Dana, who gave her heart and checkbook to Claudio, ran away from New York, into the wonderful arms of Vince. Now, Vince, is a good brotha, but he too has his own issues, and he hides his disapointment in not having his child in his life because of his EX. Both Vince and Dana must confront their past in order to move on to their futures. I like this read, and although it is not the best EJD work to date, it is a good tale. There are a lot of twists and turns with each of the characters mid-way to the end of the story. I liked this one. If you want an entertaining read that will have you laughing and remembering your own liar's game, then come on and get ready. Get ready for a wild ride.

Summary: it only gets two stars because i finished it...
Review: is it just me, or are ejd novels are starting to read alike? vince and dana could've been characters in any of his other books and he should come up with better plots. if i were a dad and my ex wouldn't let me see my child, she wouldn't get nada, but vincent sends his money to her like the poor schlep that he is... eric may be talented, but it seems to me, that maybe he is starting to run out of ideas...milk in my coffee will always be my favorite ejd book. but maybe we have seen the best of him?

Summary: Gotta represent for EJD
Review: I thought this book was great! Hang up a new award for EJD because this book was the bomb like all the others. Eric Jerome Dickey is a very talented writer. I've read all of his other projects and loved them all. This book had a different twist. He always had you trying to guess each character's next move. Like the whole love triangle with Gerri, Jefferson, and Butter P. And then Womack's situation...they all had me thinking about the title, Liar's Game, and how everything related. It was easy for me to relate to Vince because I was right in the middle of a situation similar to his. I really didn't expect him to get to see his child. I thought that it was beautiful that Dana stood by him and supported him through his struggle to get back what belonged to him. Every man should be able to respect a woman like that. I can't wait to see how everything works out for them in a future book. I heard a couple of old names mentioned in this book that I was wondering about and didn't expect to hear. EJD keep pumpin' out the books. I get bored when you don't have anything new out. I had to start reading Liar's Game over again with my girl just to keep busy. So God-Bless and best wishes. LVW

Review: I really enjoy all books by Mr. Dickey. This book was sooo good, I read it in three days. I like how it takes a painful twist and then, just when the dark clouds come in, the silver lining shows up. Thanks Mr. Dickey for writing all of your good books. Looking forward to reading your next book.

Summary: EJD does it again!
Review: Just when you thought it couldn't get any better, Mr. Dickey does it again with his latest book, Liar's Game! I couldn't put it down. The characters are so real, the story so true. It's got it all: twist, turns, drama, romance, love, hate.....who could ask for anything more! Theres a little Vince and Dana in us all. It's my new favorite EJD book...Keep them coming Mr. Dickey cause you got skills!
