Review: Once again, EJD provides a great read. The book is an entertaining, well-paced read. It's a feast for people of color who are looking for a story with characters like themselves. If this is your first EJD novel, I would definitely recommend picking up the other four.

Review: Could not put the book down. I was totally hyponotize; the characters came alive for me. Especially Vince and Dana. Liar's Game is a honest and believable story about dating, love, marriage and relationships. Can't wait to read all of E.J. Dickey's novels.

Summary: You Do Again
Review: Eric, you did it again. As always I enjoy Eric's books. I've heard mixed reviews from other readers about the Liar's Game but of course I had to read it for myself. His knack for portraying real life relationships is so precise and confident. He feels the beat of each characters heart, expresses the emotions so passionately and writes about each character with purpose. I feel I know each character through his writings either personally or through others. Next time you are in town I'll be there. Much love and many many blessings!

Review: I like this book. I like the way that Eric Dickey related this book to Cheaters. I notice that Dana and Dawn are cousins. I like the way I relate to Eric Dickey books. I haven't been all the things that he write about but I have people who have. When I'm reading one of his books, I can visually see people acting out what I'm reading, like I'm watching a movie instead of reading a book. Eric Dickey, in my opinion, is the best author I ever read. He was the one that interest me into books. I wanted something that keep my attention and his books really did that.

Review: Dickey doesn't loose his fire with this one. Just as good as all of his previous novels...which are all excellent. Make sure you check out all of his books. You will not be disappointed.

Summary: He Done, Done It Again!
Review: Eric Jerome Dickey, you've done it again! Can you not write a great book? Wassup? Seriously, though, I enjoyed this novel very much. I like reading about the Cali scene. Vince, reminds you alot of Stephan and I am definitley feelin' the cameos. Can't tell who, though, sshhh it's a secret. Dana is witty, strong, and sassy while Vince is a gentleman, determined and sincere. Each have what we experience in our own lives - A PAST! Eric Jerome Dickey offers humor, drama, and wisdom between friends, as we delve deeper into the lives of these characters. If you liked Tyrel and Shelby, you'll love Vince and Dana. Summary: DRAMA! DRAMA! DRAMA!
Review: I love the way Mr. Dickey express his thoughts through writing. I enjoyed every character. The book club I'm in got a kick out of how he describes women in passing. I do believe Jerome Dickey is one of the top male authors in the country. I must admit this book was great, however it doesn't compare to Cheaters.

Summary: Not Up to Par
Review: I've been reading Eric Jerome Dickey from the beginning and I think he is a fantastic author but after reading Liar's Game I felt a little let down (no really a lot let down). I think my expectations were too great and I ended up disappointed. This novel in my opinion was just not up to the usual standards of Mr. Dickey. I loved Sister Sister, Friends & Lovers, Milk in my Coffee, and Cheaters but Liars' Game just didn't do anything for me. I've read my fellow reviewers comments but this was simply one novel I had wished I had gotten from the library. I will continue to be a fan of Mr. Dickey.

Summary: how does he do this over and over?
Review: i've read other writers, and usually after two, maybe three books i get bored and move on to someone new. EJD has had me for FIVE years in a row. that is one hell of a realtionship. i think he owes me a ring by now. LOL. this book was too real to be fiction. the atitudes, the day yo day survival, and DANA, my god. too real. just saw a girl like her on judge mathis ten minutes ago! waiting for my ring...

Summary: Tell It Like It Is
Review: I always love reading Mr.Dickey's books because he always tells it like it is! I had been waiting on a new release from him and he has pleased yet another one of his many fans. This book helps you realize that so many of the same problems in relationships are happening in everyone's lives everywhere and not just in your own. It speaks to those of us that are stubborn in our ways and not willing to change and compromise. This books shows how much it can pay off to follow your heart and keep on keeping on. I think everyone comes with baggage because everyone has had some good and bad experiences that have molded their minds in to what they are; if you truly love someone, you will except them and their baggage and work to have a beautiful life together. Thanks Mr. Dickey for yet another drama-filled, Tell-it-like-it-is, smashing novel! I am anxiously awaiting your next.
