Summary: Excellent - variety in one cook book!
Review: This book is very good for the experienced or novice and ingredients are normally in the kitchen or readily available. Very helpfull since most bread machince cookbooks that come with the machine give only limited receipes. We have just recently recomended your line of Bread Cook Books to a new business selling bulk baking supplies and crafts. We enjoy the book and the receipes - the machine is still being used after two years because of the breads in this book.

Summary: The best I've seen
Review: This cookbook is just what I wanted! It keeps each recipe to one page (so there is no page flipping). The recipes are easy to understand and easy to read. Each is introduced by the author's review and expectations for the recipe. A great help if you are browsing for something new.

Summary: Great book for novices or experts!
Review: This is a great cookbook; each recipe has breakdowns for 3 different size loaves, so you can choose the best one for your machine. Ms. German describes the quality and "character" of each bread accurately; the baker is able to choose one that nicely accompanies the meal!

Summary: Delicious
Review: This is the best bread machine cookbook I have seen. Bought many, use only this one. All the recipes I have tried have been as expected and have baked on "basic" setting. Would recommend to any and all bread machine owners.

Summary: If you buy only one -
Review: This is the one to buy. This little book is absolutely the best out of the plethora bread machine cookbooks available. I love cookbooks, I love bread, I love my bread machine. I own six bread machine cookbooks, I've checked out a couple of dozen more from various libraries, I've pored over new ones in the bookstores. This is the one I reach for over and over and over again when I am ready to bake bread (and the next two runner-ups are the Bread Machine Cookbook II and the Bread Machine Cookbook III). The recipes are basic - white bread, wheat bread, rye bread, and progress with variations, through sourdoughs and simple dough recipes - hamburger buns, etc. Other editions will bring you the fancier and trickier breads. Master this one first; you will not be sorry.

Summary: Delicious bread with little effort!
Review: This was my first bread machine cookbook other than the one that came with my machine. I have tried at least 15 different recipes, and have been pleased with the majority of them. My 20 month old daughter loves the bread and I love making bread using wholesome ingredients. I found the instructions very easy, and the ingredients easy to find in the supermarket, if I didn't already have them at home. A great book for beginners as well as those with more experience.

Summary: This is an easy to follow bread machine book for everyone.
Review: This was the first bread machine book that I purchased after getting my machine. All of the breads are great tasting and the author gives an accurate description of the finished product. There are no surprises. It is easy to understand, especially for the first time bread baker. But you will also find "classic" breads that you will return to again, especially Jalapeno Cheese Bread and Honey Bread. A must have for your library.
