Review: The best of this genre I have ever read. Honestly! Flynn's character development and plot are as good as any. The snapshot of Washington is a glimpse at the seedy political struggle that we know happens, but hope never goes this far. I am hoping for more.

Review: Farewell Tom Clancy, Hello Vince Flynn.A great read, non stop action, believable plot, great characters and not too many of them that you need to refer back everytime you pick up the book. A book you will read on and on and on into the night. Looking forward to reading his next book, after I catch up on my sleep. Hope he is on his third.

Summary: Don't start this if you're busy...
Review: After completing "Transfer of Power", I immediately checked-out the author's other book, "Term Limits." Both books are roller-coaster rides and impossible to put down. I never read during my lunch break...but I did with these two. If you like thrillers based in Washington D.C., with high-tech comando action thrown in you will love these books. You'll feel like a fly on the wall at the White House. The plots of both books, "Term Limits" and "Transfer of Power," are quite original. There are some great characters who appear in both books. Hurry up, Mr. Flynn and give us another!

Summary: A Great Thriller
Review: As a dedicated political junkie, it is very hard to find books that satisfy my fix. Term Limits is one of the few quality political thrillers that I have ever read. It is fast-paced and intelligent. Why it hasn't been turned into a major motion picture is beyond me.

Summary: The Office Favorite!
Review: I just happened to pick this book from among several fictions. It turned out to be the best thriller I have read, at least in a long time. When I finished, I recommended it to my collegues. Now at least six others in my office (we all work in government by the way) have had the same reaction...This is a GREAT book! The only bad part is that you might just hope the book becomes non-fiction!

Summary: Better than SportsCenter?
Review: My wife and I went on a cruise over the Holidays and she bought me "Timeline" by Michael Crighton to read while on the boat. The best thing I like about the book was that when I finished reading it, I got to start "Term Limits". My father in law reads constantly and he requested it. I didn't want to put it down! I must have told my wife "it's really getting good!" 1,000 times while reading it. She got really annoyed one night because I was ignoring her because I was so into this book. I was also ignoring SportsCenter which she thought she would never see. Does this mean that this book is better than an hour with Dan Patrick and Kenny Mane? I can't wait to start "Transfer of Powers" next. I have already recommeded this book to several people.

Review: I love political thrillers. And this one was first rate. Michale O'rouke( protagonist) was a truly likable character. It was a lot like the NBC show the West Wing, only it was good and there were terrorists

Summary: A great read!
Review: Well, I was reading some of the comments on the book and it seems as if people either loved it or hated it. I loved it! It had a plot that brought you in right away, and although there was great action, it wasn't non stop, to the point that it wasn't exciting anymore. There were high points and low points, the low points didn't bore you to death (I find this in a lot of books) Where they just ramble on and on about thing that could ba taken care of in a couple of pages. Although some people may disagree, I know that there are a lot of people who are sick of the way the govement is run sometimes (and probably a alot of people who love it.) But I liked the plot, liked the idea, found it easy to follow, but not simple. I agree that the characters could have been a bit more developed, but they were good all the same. I would recomend this book to anyone with an open mind, looking for a good read.
