Review: Michael Savage again tells it like he see's it. He might not always be right but he has hit the point more than once. If you like hearing him on the radio you will love the book. Our country is now in the hands of people with the wrong kind of agenda and like Michael tells you in his book we must stop it before its to late. Summary: Speaks The Truth on Many Issues. Though Abrasive
Review: As a libertarian there are many issues on which I agree with principled conservatives (mostly economic ones).While I do not share the concerns of Liberals "assaulting faith," there is no question that America is culturally bankrupt and moral relativists and anti-conceptual thinkers (both Left and Right, but mostly modern "liberals, who hijacked the term "liberal" btw) contribute to that. Since Conservatives and Liberals both operate from the same philosophical premises, both are guilty. While both are rooted in irrational mysticism, at least conservatives acknowledge the concepts of individual liberty and personal responsibility. Liberals half accept liberty ( though only on nihlistic and hedonistic terms)and completely reject responsibility. The most I can say about Savage is that he is usually right in conclusions despite his sometimes misguided reasons. I also think it is terrible that Amazon allows readers to comment on books they have not read just because they personally dislike an author. One person wrote that he would "not touch a Savage book with a ten foot pole" then he proceeded to bash Savage and give 1 star. Reviews such as this should not be allowed to be counted and drag down a book's rating. Other reviewers acted as if "liberals"(using that term loosely as most "liberals" are totalitarians) are some endangered minority, when in fact their terrible relativist philosophy runs the world.

Summary: michael weiner lives up to his name
Review: Good ole Michael Savage(real name:Michael Weiner)is a proud gay-hating, rascist, muslim-bashing, misogynistic jagoff that like-minded people love to listen to, so they can feel good about theirselves and their own pathetic lives. Written like a 6th grader trying to impress his mommy, this is just a collection of opinions backed up by no facts. Hardcore fans may want to wait for the comic book version that's easier to read. Or better yet, the coloring book.

Just as with his first book "The Savage Nation", "The Enemy Within" is wrought with an epileptic, brazen prose unique to Michael Savage who might well have been a famous poet or novelist in an earlier era. With reckless abandon, Savage stands up to the enemies within America - the red diaper doper babies, the stench from the bench that's making him clench, the Demoncats, the Hollywood Idiots, and other perverse elements of American society. With an explosive passion and rapier-like wit, Savage will make you mad... he'll make you laugh... he'll light a fire in your gut to go take back your nation! With chapter titles like "Courts: Stench from the Bench", "Morality: The Bible Belt vs. The Libel Belt", and "Colleges: Houses of Porn and Scorn", this book is far from boring. As with his previous book, I tore through "The Enemy Within" in under a day. The book is that good. It's genuinely original political commentary. Few radio and television personalities translate well into book form. Often, some element of success from their chosen medium is left out or unable to work itself into the written language. This is not true with Michael Savage. This is a man who is just as entertaining, inspiring, and energetic in the written language as he is on the airwaves. Summary: AN ENEMY WORSE THAN AL QUAEDA
Review: This book exposes America's most insidious enemy - the liberal thought which has hijacked society, govt, and academia. The left is destroying the U.S. from the inside out just as the communists decreed in the 1960's. They have infiltrated the bench with political correctness where excuses are made for the most heinous of crimes and sympathies are extended to criminals over victims. They pervade our universities, muddying young minds with amoral (and immoral) dogma. Just consider what leftists have wrought in a short time: the homosexual onslaught where confused gender identity is rewarded with special status. Where homosexual clubs and agenda invade our schools to indoctrinate even the very young. The word "gay" has been appropriated to make this lifestyle more palatable to the mainstream much like democrats have replaced the word "liberal" with "progressive" to dupe the naive. Liberals made it possible for illegals to get SSI. They also pushed the bill that decrees any child born on U.S. soil to an illegal immigrant is granted immediate citizenship thereby allowing for a host of free services and welfare payments. Liberals in tandem with their offshoot, the NAMBLA-backing ACLU, have finally managed to remove all semblance of God from the public square. A country which dismisses and degrades God will not stand. Liberals perpetuated the welfare state (LBJ's Great Society) which rewards irresponsible behavior, rampant illegitimacy, use of illegal drugs, etc. Did you ever think that addiction to crack cocaine would be labeled a "disease" deserving of welfare money??? In short Savage has placed his angry and highly articulate finger on liberal cockroaches, foisting their lame agendas into the bright light of truth. The only thing leftists can do it complain about Savage's hate speech which is in actuality truth speech and therefore anathema to liberals. Keep up the good work Mike! Extreme liberalism must be expunged if we are to remain viable as a nation.

Summary: Liberalism is a choice, not a disorder
Review: Michael Savage seems to want total conservative domination of everything. So he writes these books, saying liberals are mentally ill and destroy everything (even though for the past 15 years, conservatives have taken over most of the government), brainwashes like minded people that liberals are witches and warlocks when really we want the same things. I could spend days arguing at my conservative friends that they think the wrong way and that Bush is screwing up America and they can do it to me back also. I say why not Al Franken (who I don't like all that much, comedians shouldn't be pundits) and Rush Limbaugh, Michael Savage, Randy Rhodes, and everyone at Air America and abroad can shut up their mouths and we can get along for the next four years.

Summary: Ingenious parody of conservativism
Review: This is by far the most ingenious work of satire in modern American literature. In fact, Savage's entire persona is one giant, hilarious spoof of the rampant ultra-conservativism that has all but taken over American media . Savage's elaborate parody brings to mind Andy Kaufman who, even in death, has left millions of mulleted wrestling fans wondering "was that for real?" And no doubt, those same humorless mullet-heads are flocking to their AM radio stations every evening to worship at the altar of Savage, who is laughing all the way to the bank. The hysterical irony - this perverse, overweight, psychotic, profanity spewing, Arab-looking caricature with the French name, screaming for racial profiling and an end to immigration and return to morality - will be appreciated only by admirers of great satire. Like Beavis and Butthead, on the surface it looks like dumb humor, while in fact hilariously exposing the []mentality of the lemming-like masses. The overwhelming majority of the audience will simply work themselves into their mindless patriotic frenzies and put out the money to buy his book, while Savage mutes the microphone and laughs his [] off.

Independent conservative, conservationist and uncredited-pursuer-of-liberal-causes Savage (former social worker, teacher) returns with furious vengeance against the liberalism that's surreptitiously planning to subvert America, working like Quisling in WWII, except liberal brown shirts are plotting to establish an America subservient to today's villains: a land where criminals are protected by cancer ACLU and police scorned; immigrants abscond with murder due to "cultural sensitivity"; soldiers are pillaged in liberal media as killers and Arabs insured against their prominent infamy of terrorist-exporting; God's hunted from public life and supplanted with relativism; the MINORITY's dislikeable will is imposed by ACLU-conniving activist judges; where children's impressionability is infested by politically correct textbooks that elude the reality of unpleasant facts and culpable demographics. Savage's writing has stunningly improved, so this book features both biting foresight and orderly thought-building. Savage lectures from a platform of unyielding conviction in flawless beliefs, optimistic beliefs in America which involve praising the culture that's built itself into a superpower in under 200 years and rejecting liberalism's fault-finding of isolated exceptions in America's history.
Savage begins by qualifying his case with euphemism of "Dead Man's Pants", term for SOCIALIST ideas history demonstrated shortcoming. The misguidance of universal healthcare sounds good to ignoramuses, but, like ALL nanny state ideology, its practicality is injurious. Giving enormously unanswerable grants to turd-world countries sounds sentimental, but is useless. Tax increases for healthcare for non-working bums sounds "caring", but is unaccountable. NEA-plotted agendas to contrive "support" groups for countercultural gay-students sounds "inclusive", but is discriminatory. Universal healthcare will produce deficits while lowering quality-care; turd-world countries SQUANDER aid on anything BUT its intent; healthcare for non-working bums punishes dutiful citizens; and NEA's schemes to favor gay-students mean fat kids, nerds and zit-faced "victims" need protection too. From these anti-socialist pillars of refutation, Savage launches his indicting thesis opposing liberalism.
Savage recounts oppressively unjust misjudgments by activist-judges subversively conniving with the ACLU to override cherished values/traditions. The SC rebelliously smote a 1986 case where they disallowed sodomy before ruling for it. Savage observantly offers that trespasses like this result from them degenerating into internationalists subordinating "governing documents" of other countries!!!! ACLU's subversive chicanery's also involved, as in many instances--California's Prop.209 and Washington's assisted suicide law--their ACLU-conniving shills planted as activist-judges overturn the MAJORITY will. Savage segues into nauseating cases where injustice is wreaked based on misguidedly politically correct "cultural defenses". Here, immigrants from whatever troglodytic "traditions" can eschew murder by deviously citing their crimes' "acceptability" in their turd-world countries due to fundamental-interpreted "customs"!!!! Thusly, a Chinese immigrant absconded murdering his wife, a Hmong immigrant absconded rape convictions, and a Japanese immigrant absconded murdering her two children.
Healthcare's been profaned by liberal illogic-over-practicality, with the Ingrates clamoring for more money for political-cause AIDS research although more adults die through cancer, suicide and heart disease. Yet the CDC is excruciatingly allocated contemptible pithiness for these leading killers, with AIDS being misappropriated the most funds. Felons are routinely bumped ahead of law-abiding citizens for transplants, kept alive long enough for their executions--at taxpayers' expense!!!! As knowledgeable people observe, the Illegals storm the borders and congest ERs so to dodge personal payment. This liberal-sponsored bane is pillaging hospitals' budgets and their operability, but liberal courts and ACLU-filed lawsuits are imposing it still.
Anyone perceiving Iraq news for the past year recognizes how the media despises America's troops, efforts and successes to tame that theretofore terror-sponsoring country. Fumed as hell, Savage precisely corrodes the liberal traitors of media, colleges, Hollywood, politics and "retired" military. We witness Reuters, NYT, etc., embellishing the importance of soldier's deaths that they tabulate it religiously to shatter war support. Savage even cites D-Congressman Jim Marshall scolding the media for their defamation of rebuilding efforts, soldiers' morale and progress, and partial focus on only the deaths, wounded and ambushes. Aside from shameless sedition from drunk Ted Kennedy and Hollywood Idiots Penn and Gere, liberals' hazardous ideas-planting is occurring in more terrorist-like stealth: young people's impressionable college minds. Incidents happened wherein perilous, radical counterculture-hippies disguised as professors were extorting pupils to manufacture anti-war letters for extra credit--or fail!!!! Other professors degradedly contest America "must learn to lose this war" because they misconceive America as "colonialist". Infamous ex-military "experts", such as McCaffrey and Frankona, routinely appear on newscasts to criticize operations-in-the-field, yet are always proven wrong because of their distance. Islamofascists are REALLY antagonized by America not for liberal-incited derogations, like "unilateralism" or "Israeli-favoritism", but exports of porn, violence and decadence from the Hollywood left!!!!
One of the most woeful ordeals Savage tackles is the corruptive, liberal indoctrination in public schools and colleges, where liberal arch-fiends exploit kids at their youngest!!!! The CDC commissioned sex guidelines (SIECUS) misappropriated as curriculum. Predatorily, they target kids according to age groups, children five to eight being mistaught about intercourse, homosexuality and masturbation by mandate!!!! Sometimes the liberal-terrorists confuse things, smuggling in liberal indoctrinations to nine-to-twelve-year-olds about abortions' value. Students from fourth-to-ninth-graders and seventh-to-twelfth-graders are depraved with programs encouraging them to apply condoms to dildos the fastest and brainstorming sexual fantasies involving condoms. This leads to social predicaments of unlearned, poor, emotionally unprepared kids on welfare, handouts and food stamps because restraint isn't broached in public schools. In places of "higher learning", certain colleges feature coarse lechery impersonating classes, projects and events. At SFAI, a student in January 2000 clandestinely chicaned a fellow student to participate in public oral sex with the two defecating onto each other!!!! University of Las Vegas offered Sex, Dance and Entertainment, University of Michigan offered courses on "being gay", and University of Berkeley offered "classes" where students would go on GAY STRIP CLUB fieldtrips!!!!
Savage's strengths are his unorthodox-but-effective, confrontational directness, sardonicism, and his unassailably founded proofs. It's hilarious when he gloatingly skewers liberal enemies by his trademarked nicknames. His knack for confrontational chastisements endears him to readers because his outrage is long overdue and shared by them. Savage's bluntness is the common sense the masses are cheated out of daily when subservient to liberals' monopoly on news.

Review: Only a book that hits close to the truth could inspire as much passion as the previous reviews. After reading the Savage Nation I find Michael well educated and insightful. I also fear for this country because of the politically correctness prevailent in our society. I can't wait to read The Enemy Within
