Summary: Read the book - don't bother with the audio
Review: I have a feeling if all moving stories like this were recorded by the authors for release on audio, there would be many LESS bestsellers! I'd heard great things about the book from a co-worker and thought I'd get the audio to listen on the bus to work. I was very disappointed in that there was very little personality in the author/reader's voice, making it very difficult to feel the impact of the events unfolding in his office with his patient. Nevertheless, Catherine's hynotic transgressions made me wonder a lot about my own personal experiences in this life which may have roots in my past lives, and I was intrigued by the information she was able to recall through the doctor's sessions. If you are at all curious about the possibility of living many lives, BUY THIS BOOK. And be open to your own mind and voice interpreting its message.

Summary: This book opens a spiritual door that leads to more question
Review: Fascinating book that prompted more questions regarding life and death. I am amazed at the similarity between the author's experience and many of Buddha's teaching. It reminds us how important it is to keep an open mind about things that science can't prove (yet). The book is emotionally and spiritually disturbing in a way that is positive and makes you question the meaning of mundane day-to-day life. I highly recommend it.

Summary: Finding the "Meaning of Life"
Review: This book turned my life around 99%. I've lived in fear all my life. The biggest question, since I was a child, had always been "why am I here?". Not having this question answered has kept me from having any peace in my life. Now I know the "meaning of life" and knowing "God Loves Me" how can fear be a part of my life now? Upon reading this book many times and going to seminars to hear Dr. Weiss I am at peace with myself and have "found my soul". I shine from within and all who are in my space feel the warmth coming from me. Thank you God for bringing Dr.Weiss into my life. I am truly happy with this gift of life. How I live it will be "my" gift to Him.

Summary: An enlightening book, revealing many untold life secrets.
Review: A journey through the untold mysteries of human existence. This book was both enlightening and encouraging in its revelations. Inspiring a purpose for our existence and answering many questions, that so few even dare to ask. I also found comfort in the fact that finally, a scientific approach may be taken to the realm of spirituality. Without the recognition of renoun, scientific minds in this arena, we could continue to flounder with our false hopes and ideals. Practicing denial instead of uncovering truths to reach the point of acceptance, forgiveness and continual growth. This book gave me hope, that some of my beliefs may not only be recognized, but even proven to be of true value. Thank you Dr. Weiss for sharing the knowledge you have been blessed to experience. I will continue to read your work.

Summary: Won't if be wonderful when everyone finally understands!!
Review: This book is wonderful. I wish it were mandatory for everyone to read. Relationships would be so much easier and so much more valued. It is all so simple, yet so many don't understand. Read it for your soul and savor every moment. It is worth it's weight in gold.

Summary: An extremely enlightening true afterlife encounter
Review: Dr. Weiss and his altruistic writings of his experiences with people and the spritual world really makes one reconsider the possibility that we are souls within a 'house'. That reincarnation of souls is an actual universal event that occurs to expand and improve ourselves. Any of his books are enlightening.

Summary: We are all here to support each other, not against each other
Review: Being born and raised in Japan, where people used to believe both Shintoism and Buddhism, existence of spirits and reincarnation is a subject that I have never questioned about. Shintoism teaches us existence of spirits of nature, animals as well as human beings -- eight million spirits according to a legend. And Buddhism (used to teach) teaches us the idea of life and death. Unfortunately, Japan has been losing these great beliefs as the country becomes more and more industrialized, and as a result, more and more people are suffering from inexplicable anxiety, fear of aging and death.

Look at trees, flowers, rains, mountains and many other things which exist in nature. They all nourish each other with a perfect harmony. Green leaves would become brown, fall on the ground, dissolved into the ground, eventually being sucked up by the trees and become bran-new leaves again. This is the pattern that EVERYTHING follows including human being because we are PART of nature. All the animals, birds, plants, trees, fishes and everything exist with a reason....to support each other, and they all live in a perfect harmony. That teaches us that we are also here for some good reason.....which is to support each other in life or death, not against each other.

Summary: The most powerful book I have ever read.
Review: Dr. Weiss eloquently reveals an extraordinary case of a patient who regresses to past lives through hypnosis. These episodes reveal life lessons learned in past lives and through them, the reader is imparted valuable clues on how to be a good person. I highly recommend this book for people with depth and a thirst for how to live life to the fullest and add value to society in this life and future ones.
