Review: This is an amazingly simple book to read, yet so packed with valuable information. The best part was the chapters about what it feels like and looks like when one is avoiding a pattern or not being honest. It even told me what kinds of things I say to myself (self talk) when that happens. It was so insightful! And I used the astrological resources she has in the back and got an excellent astrological compatibility reading from her astrologer. Good stuff!

Review: This may not be the best book for people already very familiar with Buddhism. In fact, Kasl also takes spiritual ideas from Sufis and Quakers. No matter. It's about forming relationships based on honesty and openess, creating a real connection based on authenticity - rather than trying to entrap someone. Quite refreshing!
