Summary: The perfect cookbook for a busy family
Review: The recipes in this book are not only delicious but for the most part use ingredients that you probably already have on hand. It covers ever category from snacks and appetizers through soups, main dishes, breakfast foods, soups, breads and a wonderful selection of desserts. If you want to stop feeding your family fast foods but think that you have no time to prepare dinner then this cookbook should be on your must have list.

Summary: Fix-it and Forget-It Lives Up To Its' Name
Review: As a busy homeschooling mother of 4 children, I have found Fix-It and Forget-It to be the answer to my dinner dilemma! Many of the recipes are perfect for the family with many more wonderful for special guests! This is a cookbook I would highly recommend to anyone needing easy to make and delicious recipes that take the guess out of the "what's for dinner?" problem so many of us face!!

Summary: Can't get done talking about it!
Review: This book is so full of recipes, I'm trying new ones everyday! I just picked up the new comb-binding version at the store yesterday and love the way it lays flat. I've mentioned it to friends and they all want a copy of this book, too! The recipes are quick and there's always a recipe that I have the ingredients for. I can fix it and forget it while I do the things I love.

Summary: I've been looking all over for this book!!
Review: Okay, first our old slow cooker died. We hardly noticed since we only used it a few of times a month. Then summer hit and we got busy with work and suddenly we realized we were eating from the snack food section of the 'One Stop' way too much. Beef jerky should not be considered an 'entree'. We bought a new cooker, then started thinking we really needed a good slow cooker cook book to go with it. I bought two books. One is good. This one is GREAT! Lots of recipes with affordable, everyday ingredients that I can pronounce! And better still, the kids will eat what comes out of the slow cooker every time. . . no complaints!!!

Summary: Perfect gift!!
Review: Recipes galore! With over 800 recipes, there is something for everyone!

I love this cookbook and give it as a gift often. I included this cookbook with a crockpot as a recent wedding gift. This is one way to keep the newlyweds out of the kitchen!

Summary: A must for the busy mom!
Review: My wife and I love this book! We are especially stuck on the lasagna in the crockpot...imagine the cheese even is browned on top! My wife even throws it together the night before, sticks the crock in the fridge, and it's ready to start cooking first thing in the morning...remember to add some extra time for the cold ingredients. It's ready for lunch or dinner, take your pick. And in the heat of summer, it sure it nice not to heat up the kitchen with a hot oven. With four kids under 8, who has time for anything but gourmet crockpot cooking! The new comb binding version is fabulous too. Perfect for gifts.

Summary: The cookbook that makes you look like Betty Crocker!
Review: This is a FANTASTIC cookbook! There are recipes for all kinds of dishes; dips, soups, main dishes, desserts, etc. So many recipes are easy - great for any mom/cook with not enough hands or time to get things done. A few things that I like best about this book are 1)most recipes are comprised of ingredients I already have on-hand or can use for more than one recipe, and 2)many recipes have multiple versions so I can choose the preparation or ingredients that work best for me. The PERFECT gift for a shower, housewarming, birthday, etc. So easy that even the worst cook can whip up something impressive! A must-have for every kitchen!

Summary: So Far So Good
Review: As you know I have just started using the book and so far have not been disappointed. Everything is simple and quite good. Easy to find products to use. As the title says Fix it and Foret it. This book lets me have more time to do the things I enjoy. Although I love to cook but need a break at times. Thanks for my spare time. Especially durung the summer months.

Summary: Too many of the same recipe
Review: I bought this book in January, it is going into our yard sale this month. I got very frustrated because there were pages of the same recipe with different names. The index was arranged by the name of the recipe-ie-Sue's stew, Sue's potroast, Sue's chicken soup, ect. not by ingredients. I have found other Crock Pot books that are wonderful so am getting rid of this one.

Summary: A Must Have!
Review: This cookbook contains easy, practical, and tasty recipes to make a busy life easier and allows for more time outside of the kitchen!
