Summary: EXELLENT!!!
Review: I really enjoyed reading this book. Besides being well written, this book was suspenseful, had well developed characters, a twist, and to top it off there is a moral to the story. Buy this book, you won't be dissapointed.

Summary: JADED
Review: This was a really good book, and such a quick and easy read. I read it in about five hours...I couldn't put it down. Once I found out who the STALKER was, I too could not believe it, yet I was not surprised! In this day and age...anything is possible! This should teach anyone a lesson...The moral behind this is; whatever you do in the dark will soon come to the light, so when it does...Don't act surprised!

Summary: TOO HOT TO TROT MARISSA
Review: I ENJOYED THIS BOOK BUT WAS COMPLETELY FLOORED WHEN I FOUND OUT THE PERSON WAS. THE AUTHOR COULD HAVE COME WITH SOMETHING BETTER THAN THAT. IT HELD MY ATTENTION UP UNTIL THEN. I STARTED LAUGHING WHEN I DISCOVERED WHO IT WAS. FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE READ THIS, THE PERSON COULDN'T HAVE ACTUALLY KNOWN WHERE MARISSA WAS BECAUSE HER "FRIEND" DIDN'T KNOW ALL OF THE TIME EITHER. THINK ABOUT IT. WOMEN LIKE MARISSA DESERVES WHAT SHE GOT. THAT WAS HER CHOICE AND SHE HAD TO REAP THE CONSEQUENCES. FOR THOSE WOMEN THAT ACT LIKE THAT, GROW UP AND GET YOUR OWN MAN.

Summary: "Edge of your seat read"
Review: My goodness, what an edge of your seat read! WOW!!! I loved this story and although it is a work of fiction the storyline is one that could have been ripped out of today's headlines! Very nicely done Ms. Mallette.

"Shades of Jade," is a book for readers that enjoy thrilling reads from beginning to end!

Summary: Blacksheep Review
Review: The book was a slow read. It was a hard getting through the book. The book was predictable. Overall, I did not enjoyed this book.

Rating: 2 stars
Summary: Preposterous and just plain silly
Review: This was one of the worst books I've ever read. Marissa is not a very sympathetic character, and her brushes with death are merely laughable. The twist at the end is interesting, but it's too little, too late. I will never read this again.

Summary: Lost and Found
Review: Marrissa lost her way, why, because of the past. The only problem is, the choice she made, almost cost her everything. It wasn't even worth it, but she was not paying attention, until forced to. Not by her friends, but by the unexpected. Isn't that how it always is, the unexpected comes and smacks you right in the face. Sometimes you luck out and sometimes you don't. For Marrissa, her eyes were open, but even with all she went through, she was not totally alone in the end.

I enjoyed the book, because we tend to make excuses for behavior, but in the end, when the lights are turned on, there is nothing to hide from and all the secrets don't seem so important anymore.

I was totally surprised by the ending. It wasn't what I expected at all. But the author does have that edge, with just enough suspense to make the subject matter interesting.
