Review: MoveOn provides pivotal information to transform injustice for the millions of people who have been railroaded and victimized due to laws that need to be changed. What about the tens of thousands of parents who have been railroaded in unwarranted post-dissolution child custody cases, due to lack of funds for proper legal representation? What about the minor children who are used as pawns in child custody cases that are not receiving child counseling to heal their pain, because no such laws are in place. Summary: moving beyond partisan politics
Review: It is nice to see that conservatives have purchased this book (if in fact they have) but it's sad that they have missed the point. Move On is about real people from all over who want to see their country moving in the right direction. It is an effort to move away from nasty rush limbaugh politics and toward a positive dialog about issues of concern to all of us. If some people find that effort offensive (and it appears that they do) then we're going to have work to very hard to save America.

Review: This Review is dedicated to the Right Wing, in respect for your individual freedom and preferences. It is VITAL that you remember that on 9-11 we were UNTIED as One Nation to protect our freedom, rights, liberty, and justice for ALL.
What MoveOn's 50 Ways to Love Your Country is all about is to empower ALL people with the many ways in which we can make changes, and become more involved in our democracy. It is high time that we become united again. This Right vs. Left is a nursery school game. "United We Stand, Divided We Fall" Remember this, and use this book to make the changes that YOU want to make. This book brings valuable and brilliant contributions for every American citizen to make a difference. It is time that we Unite for the common good of all, personally and collectively. If you want to create a change, this book will show you how. As a US citizen, I am asking you to look for ways to unite. As a reviewer, I am sharing that this book does not preach, or pit one side against another. It brings every American that wants to make a difference extensive tools and resources to do so. I hope that you will find it in your heart to remember 9-11, and how we all united. I hope that you will buy this book to make any changes that you would like to see made.

Summary: valuable for people on both "sides"
Review: This book is a series of ideas on how to get involved in the Democratic process. Many of the examples are from very liberal Democrats, but I don't see why so many people who disagree with them politically are poopooing the book so vehemently. I sat down and read the book straight through last night. Every single one of the 50 ways to get involved are applicable regardless of your political beliefs (unless you're anti-Democracy).

Review: This book is utterly inspiring and moving. The 50 stories show how ordinary people - neighbors, family, frieds, you - can awaken others to political concerns by doing something as simple as asking your child to register to vote. In a society where it's okay for work colleagues to spend hours together on the golf course, but taboo to bring up politics at the water cooler, this little book is about people who dare to show their concern for politics and find others are eager to get involved.

Review: After years of having right wing bullies kick sand in their eyes, Liberals are madder than hell and aren't going to take it any more. They have finally developed the backbone to kick back and give as good as they get. The moderate liberal Move On has been one of the main forces empowering then and giving them the means to counteract the entrenched power of the right wing establishment. The success of this book will further increase the influence of this patriotic organization fighting to free the country from the harm done it by the power of the right wing's control of the government and the media. That's why Move On has the right wingers in a tizzy.

Review: This book is about getting politically involved in the world we live..... It's a shame some of the reviews posted are by people who never read the book or are just too ignorant (like the diehard Neo-con from Nashville, TN who missed the point) to understand the basic freedoms our Constitution provides.
