Summary: Its obvious. . . .
Review: that most of the reviewers that have given this book 5 stars haven't even read this book. I am not a democrat or republican, but I know stupidity when I see it. This guy is the "Howard Stern" of political talk radio. The only reason he gets 1 star is because I can't give him zero. In addition, he is mildly funny if you realize that most of his rambling is truly there to get people angry and nothing more. His ideas are so poorly backed by the lack of facts or figures that I'm sure he makes half of this stuff up just to get a rise out of liberals.

Summary: An opinion that resonates...
Review: Why is it that whenever a conservative person expresses a view or an opinion, the liberal left declares it to be HATEFUL? Yet, when liberals express an opinion, they demand EVERYONE accept it without reservation. Seems to me that it is liberalism that is unaccepting, intolerant, and incapable of accepting other opinions and views other than their own. Any thought that deviates from their own is branded HATEFUL. Amazing! Truly AMAZING! The "Thought Police" would be next if we didn't have people like Dr. Savage. He is a brave person willing to stand up and challenge the contemporary PC quagmire we are bound up in. Clearly this is a book that is well thought out and expresses "truths" rather than Politically Correct doublespeak. Some minor number of reviewers call this book hateful. I think those reviewers might want to look in the mirror.

Summary: "Dr" Savage is ignorant and illogical.
Review: The three times I've heard "Dr" Savage gloat about his PhD, he mentioned three different fields. On his radio show, he once said PhD in "Herbal Medicene" and "Herbal Science". On MSNBC on Jan 10th, he said it was "Medical Science". Pray tell us, "Dr" Savage, which one is it?
Even if he does have a legitimate PhD in any one of the above three frields, how does that make him an authority on Politics?
No it does not and it shows profusely in this long, incoherrent rant. Too bad I could not give him 0 stars.

Summary: Most TRUTH ever consolidated in 220 pages
Review: I have read them all in this genre, and this BEATS THEM ALL! Savage speaks the truth in the vernacular. I was once a sheeple NYU student, brainwashed by years of the liberal media and government school dogma, and thanks to quality books like the the SAVAGE NATION, my eyes have been opened. This nation can be saved, only if millions read THE SAVAGE NATION, for the raw truth and awakening.

Summary: Savage Nation Loses in Print
Review: Michael Savage, a moderately successful talk radio host, has put the gist of his daily show in book form. An AM radio show succeeds if it moves advertisers' merchandise, in Savage's case low end products like payday loan services and gold coin investments. His radio persona is amusing enough to do this. In printed form, though, his interminable rants against illegal aliens, the "establishment media" and the ubiquitous "liberals," come across as what they really are: Poorly argued, simplistic bluster that hides a whining victim's wounded pride. The usual suspects are all out there - foreigners, Jewish liberals, abortion supporters, homosexuals, communists - and they want to destroy what the self-styled "doctor" (he has a degree in nutrition) considers the true and clean Christian value set of his cherished Eisenhower America. Qualitatively, Savage's beef is indistinguishable from that of a dozen better known right wing pundits like Limbaugh, Liddy or Reagan, but he is a bit more shrill and soups up his stuff with sophomoric word games. The little book is not overly original or intellectually demanding, but deserves a star for entertainment value.

Review: Don't waste your money buying this book. Just listen to his show and he reads it every night. I believe he reads it over and over, cover to cover. The book is about hate and his personal promotion.

Review: The book is remarkable and his Savage Nation radio show is superb.
Listen to talk show couple hours a week, the man makes sense and eats irrational liberalism alive.
Michael keep your sun glasses on TV, I am afraid of one of these psychopathic liberals might do to you if they recognize you on your bike.
Keep your low profile my friend. God bless our nation for producing such a beautiful talent as you.

Summary: Save your money.
Review: I listened to his show for little over a week with an open mind.When he started contradicting himself, I became skeptical.When he made disparaging remarks towards the airport screeners that turned in the drunken airline pilots a few months back ,thus preventing what could have been a disaster.He lost all credibility with me.With a credulous audience,I knew a book was forthcoming from Savage.Again,I attempted with an open mind, and read the book.It's nothing more than an elongated rant to divide the populace.There is no left or right.The same folks behind Savage are the one's financing ,and legislating the policies Savage ardently bemoans.For someone with such hubris,this book isn't well written.I doubt Savage himself believes in the vitriol he espouses.Save your money and prevent this entertainer from laughing all the way to the bank.

Summary: Audio Cassette Sought
Review: My best present to myself for any time this year would be to be able to buy an audio version of this historic work, read by Michael himself. Those who have any rudiments of common sense, especially those who came from and/or spent sizable part of their life in another country, know that almost everything Michael says is true, albeit beaten out of us, largely due to the assault from illiberalism at all key institutions around us. If we do not heed Michael's wake up call soon, we risk losing this great nation of ours, the last refuge of freedom on Earth. A good starting point is at our homes, with our own families, particularly setting children straight.

Summary: This hits too close to home for LIBERALS-truth hurts
Review: I have listened to Michael Savage for years and although he would infuriate me he always had the historical facts and was RIGHT ON in his statements. You can call him what you may....but this book is SO full of facts and truths about the LIBERAL LEFT that it is shocking. Wake up and read this excellent and provacative book. You might learn something.
