Summary: A Blackgurls World Book Club Loved For Every Black Eye
Review: Well I just finished reading C.F. Hawthorne's "For Every Black Eye".One of the best books I've read lately and I haven't read too many lately....but damn did this woman put me on an emotional rollercoaster. I don't know if it's because I've witnessed domestic violence or if she is just damn good...but all the same the book is SUPERB. I recommend everyone to read it. Please read it....The book had me cheering out loud at the outcome...Love is a beautiful thing...Thanks C.F. for taking a bad situation and making it BEAUTIFUL! With all the craziness, twists, turns, drama, love, hate, etc....You created a page turner....worth putting everything off for.
