Rating: Summary: THIS WAS A FABULOUS BOOK, I LOVED IT!!!!! Review: I had read Pierces other two series, and kept thinking, when is she going to write another!!!??? Then one day I was at the library, and was looking up Tamora Pierce, and saw she had written two more books!!!! I immeadiately went to amazon and ordered Sandry's Book, and Tris's book. I love them both, and love all the charecters in them!!! I love the ending (which I'm not going to say what happens, just incase the readers havn't read it yet) Because you feel like you are really trapped in that cave. I love how it explaines how each charecter gets to Winding Circle. And The choice of Charecters!!! Tris, the Merchant, Sandry, the Noble, Daja, the Trader, and Briar, the Thief!! How they all come together, and become Friends!! I loved this book, and I would reccomend it to anyone!!!!!!
Rating: Summary: A must read series Review: When I started this book I read a couple pages and stopped. The beginning just wasn't catching my attention. Then a couple months later I pick it up and read the whole book. I fell in love with the story and the characters. Sandry, Briar, Daja, and Tris are brought together to a cottage called the discipline by a man name Niko. As the story unfolds the four begin to discover about friendship magic and the power inside of them. This book was a wonderful book with witty characters and interesting conflicts. It is a must read.
Rating: Summary: A great read! Review: Even though I don't fit the recommended age anymore, I still love reading and re-reading this incredible book, and the others in the series. I'm not a big fan of Tamora Pierce usually, I love her books about these 4 incredible mages. She tells the story with enchanting language and vivid description, and hooks you in with the first chapter. Each child's sad story is presented realistically, with no sugarcoating, and each book gets better and better. I would recommend that every parent with children interested in fantasy or arts and crafts pick these books up today!
Rating: Summary: Honestly, you haven't read this book? Review: I hope you're just dipping into this out of idle curiosity- want to see what others think of this superb book. But maybe you're reading all these reviews because you haven't read Sandry' Book. Well, in the words of Bob Crachit, "A triumph . . . another triumph!" Sandry's Book is an enthralling story of four children that are as different as can be. Their talents are identified, and they are brought to Winding Circle Temple, where one would just expect them to learn and head out. But these are no ordinary gifts. Against all odds, Sandry, Tris, Daja, and Briar must overcome the evil that has entered the temple life. This tale is cleverly planned, beautifully written, and, in my opinion, a fresh classic by Tamora Pierce that will be enjoyed for generations to come. You don't have to look very far to find someone who had read and loved Sandry's Book. In fact, I'd venture to say that 99% of everyone that has read this has become hooked on Tamora Pierce's books. Honestly, you're missing out- get Sandry's Book soon, and you'll be opening a window into the world of fantasy.

Rating: Summary: The Place to Start Review: If you are interested in reading the "Circle of Magic" series by Tamora Pierce then I believe that this is the book to start with as each one builds on the previous. The book is good for an audience as young as elementary school although people well into their seventies will love it just as much. It focuses its attentions on the adventures of a group of young ambient mages that meet for the very first time and must learn how to deal with working with one another even when they have all, well, not gotten along with anyone.Tamora Pierce is an excellent author whose work has an enormous following of people desiring a literary dream full of magic and tenacity even when life might not be going so well. Her characters are always well-rounded but yet very familiar as if the reader has known them all their life. A fantastic recommendation as a present for a boy or girl who likes to read (just don't expect to see them until they are done reading!)
Rating: Summary: ONE OF THE BEST I'VE EVER READ! Review: i think Sanrdy's book is one of the best books i've ever read. it has a wonderful story line that makes me never want to stop reading it. i think i must have read it at least 6 times, and it gets better each time i do. Tamora Pierce has a way of writing that takes you away from and gives you a surreal break from reality. it is one of the few books that i get evneloped in. it was and amazingly enchanting book.
Rating: Summary: Hard to Put Down Review: Tamora Pierce is able to write stories that capture the reader so that we feel as though the story is happening in front of us. I found it hard to put down. The links between the last series and now the mages going out on their own were well done. It is hard to wait for each new story to be written!
