Summary: A Beautiful Love Story
Review: James Patterson is by far one of the greatest writers of the thriller genre. But he outshines himself in his incredible love story, Suzanne's Diary for Nicholas. I cried and then I cried some more. This book is based on fact from Patterson's own life and the story is so incredibly beautifully written. His action seeking fans, mostly men, will not find the Alex Cross kill 'em action here. Instead one will find tenderness and softness beyond words. It has to be one of the best love stories that I have ever read and I am a die hard Alex Cross fan as well.

I finished this book in one day and wanted more. I wanted to know the sequel. I did not want it to end. I was totally amazed at the depth of love that Matt and Suzanne lived and breathed. I think we all want to find that depth of romance and happiness.

Patterson shows us a love so profound, and hope as well, that that kind of love will enter into our own lives. "It's about how good it can be if you find the right person. It's about treasuring every moment with that special one. Every single millisecond."

I love this book - I cannot say enough good things about it and everyone that I have recommended it to have loved it as well. Five stars does not do it justice at all.

It is definitely a story to treasure, a keeper for the favorite shelf, and a reminder that true love does exist.

If you read one romance book this year - make it this one - you will not be disappointed, but make sure you have a box of Kleenex handy!

Summary: A tearjerker
Review: I honestly started crying when I read this book. It was really good, and very sad. A hearfelt, warm, touching story about love and loss. I highly recommend it, except again, a warning, not for people who hate sad stories. Because I needed a box of tissues!

Summary: Will the real James Patterson, please stand up!
Review: James Patterson was trying too hard on writing a love story.
What happened to the James Patterson that we all love and enjoy
reading?

Summary: A twist in the tail....
Review: I thoroughly enjoyed this book although I wasn't sure if I should. Parts of it seemed like a romance novel, but then it refused to go all the way to the trashy levels of the Romance Genre. I found that I just had to keep reading to find what was going to happen next. Towards the end I was totally unprepared for the TWIST and it really got deep inside me.

In all ... it will make a fantastic girl movie / tear jerker that my first wife will absolutely adore....

Summary: Bah Humbug!
Review: I'm a cynical 54 year old man who has trouble believing that all of Patterson's characters in this book could exist. This was bizarre fantasy for me. Suzanne should be canonized tomorrow. I had trouble not laughing at the sincerity and sweetness in this book. Bah Humbug!... The most amazing thing is that James Patterson wrote this saccharine love story... Wow!

Summary: Reminiscent of Message in a Bottle
Review: Rarely does a book move me to tears. This is such a departure from James Patterson's other bestsellers, but it touched me and will be with me forever.

You will become the characters as you switch back and forth from their perspectives. The mystery is uncovered in the very last pages.

Others may label this a fluffy love story. Don't believe it. It has substance and a message.

Summary: I only gave it one star because "zero" was not an option
Review: I truly believe that James Patteron DID NOT write this book. It was not his style at all! I am not a huge Patterson fan, but I have read a couple of his books and enjoyed them. "Suzanne's Diary" wasn't even a story. It was embarrasingly predictable and almost painful to read. He must have owed someone a favor and got their book published under his name.

Summary: Great Book!
Review: I loved this book...Yes, it was more of a short story, but WOW! Great story it is. These things do happen in life sometimes people. That is what I admired about it, it was touching and even though horribly sad, it touched a place that alot of people have to go. I wish it would've been a little longer, but it was worth EVERY penny I paid for it.

Summary: An Easy Way to Make Money
Review: James Patterson must have needed a quick buck when he wrote this. It is derivative of many other romance novels, for instance, Message in a Bottle. Why does someone always have to die to make the story romantic? Can't living people enjoy romance too? I was sorry I spent my own money for this book and would warn others not to spend theirs on it.

Summary: What a piece of fluff
Review: This book was the choice of my all-female book club; I had my doubts about it before I read it, and it was even worse than I expected. I found the characters and many of their actions unbelievable. And the ending: how convenient that a man who had recently lost his wife and infant son would so easily decide that he had found a new "love of his life," who of course, was pregnant with his child. Instant replacement family coming up, and of course everyone will live happily ever after. I was annoyed and disgusted with the book from about the second page. However, most of the other club members liked it much better while acknowledging that it wasn't exactly a literary masterpiece.
