Summary: Journey to the fantasy world
Review: I was completly sweep off my feet with the movie as well as the miniseries. The author did a great job when she wrote the book. It makes you dream and believe in magical fairy tales. About time someone came up with the idea of making a fairy tale for an adult. Thank goodness it was this author, because she made the book so interesting that you can't stop reading. Hopefully we are able to experience the sequel.

Summary: Excellent Book!
Review: I wasn't able to watch the entire movie so I decided to buy the book! I cannot put this book down! I absolutely love it! I can't wait until the movie comes out on Video now! If you love fairy tales with a twist you'll definitely love this book. I totally recommend it.

Summary: Great book to read.
Review: This book is great! I usually only read romance and I just picked this book up because it had a good cover and I love it. The story line keeps you going and you don't want to put it down. I love it, it is like a fairy tale but not it has a lot more details and it isn't all happily ever after stuff. I would suggest that anyone read this book. I hope you enjoy.

Summary: A Must Buy!
Review: I didn't get to see the movie, but the commercials intrigued me so I bought the book. I couldn't put it down. It was great. I absolutely loved it!

Summary: Rent the movie, you'll have more fun!
Review: I really enjoyed the miniseries that's why I was so terribly disappointed in this book. I'm sorry to say the author's (or should I say authors, since there are more than one under one name?) approach to the story was entirely shallow at best with only rare glimpses into otherwise disregarded character personas. There were details where there really didn't need to be details and not enough description when description was desperately, no, absolutely needed. Not to mention the authors seemed to have based a greater preoccupation with describing the bloody gory scenes then anything else. It's sad when a writer relies too much on a screenplay and not enough on exploring the marvelous gift of the fantastic world that is available to them. The miniseries brought the characters to life but in the book about the only one I found trying to climb out from under the pages was the evil Queen. The author did a terrible injustice by half-heartedly describing what should have been a more moving romance between Virginia and Wolf. Not to mention the sudden outbursts of sappy emotion between Snow White and Virginia, and Virginia and the Queen that left this reader wondering where it all came from when the characters were presented so blandly and flat throughout the entire saga. In a nutshell, the style was plodding at best and I set down the book more than once out of boredom (or disgust, you choose). See the movie! You'll get less indiscrepancies out of it and have a ball being transported into a magical, mystical realm where fairy tales are real. Heck, even reading the script gave me more of a buzz then anything I read in this book. It definitely wasn't worth the money I used to buy it let alone the paper it's printed on.

Summary: Loved it
Review: I watched 10th kingdom I just hooked by the story. The book was little more detailed, but the sereis almost follow the book. I loved twist of story, and well loved characters. Will, there be another story between Wolf and Kristine? I wonder...

Summary: The miniseries was better
Review: Well, it wasn't... bad. It wasn't good, either. The characters seemed very bland compared to the ones in the miniseries. They messed up some of my favorite parts, like the whole goldfish thing and everything in the swamp. I enjoyed reading it, but I'd rather re-watch the miniseries than re-read this book.

Summary: My Rendition of The 10th Kingdom
Review: I was extremely moved by the movie on NBC and I am looking forward to reading this book. I would just like to say that I knew in the beginning the Queen was Virginia's mother. I am very good at sensing those thoughts. I want my life to be a fairy tale just like Virginia's. Does this story have anything to do with Virgnia Wolfe the celebrity? That is one question I was asking when watching this movie.

Thank You

Summary: You've Got to Read it!
Review: I haven't read this book yet, but I did see the mini-series on NBC. I was soooo in love witht the mini-series that I just have to read the book. My favorite character is Wolf, he is the greatest. I'm sure after I read this it will be an all time favorite. It's a great story and I hope you read the book and watch the movie, I know you'll love both.
