Review: I too am of Asian immigrant stock and yet totally agree with this book. As predicted, certain others reviewing it value their procrustean Marxist idealogies far more than the security of our nation and our wonderful freedoms. Yes, I agree with the book and am labelled a "flag waver" and a "racist"... but how can I be prejudiced against myself? Oh well who needs logic anyhow... let us open the doors and surrender our sovereignty, perhaps we can even be conquered by the envious outside our borders. Whatever...Jim Tanaguchi

Review: I just Finished reading "Invasion" and it's horrible. Michelle Malkin should be downright ashamed to put her name behind this misinformation. I blame her for the reason the term "proud American" equates to ignorant, racist, dishonest and blind AmeriKKKan. This book is destined to make a quick buck off the irrational fear of the conservative, baa-ing flock. It's chock full of sterotypes and misrepresentations of Good, hard working people in search of the American dream. A reviewer mentioned an illegal immigrant killing someone, excuse me, But What about all the hate crimes commited by Good ol' Flag-Waving Americans against innocent Arab citizens. That same flag that for centuries stood for just White Male pride. Mrs. Malkin only mentions stats if they're to her elitist avail. What a shame that misconceptions and irrational fear is making americans sit back and do nothing while Dubya and the government encroaches on their civil liberties, and fakes a "war on terror." Who was it that said (paraphrase) "those who would give up their freedom for security deserve neither?".

Summary: The negative reviewers here are the real bigots.
Review: I wonder, did they even read the book. They leap instantly to the judgement that the author is a racist and that she is anti-immigration. They are multiculturalist bigots who automatically assume any criticism of anyone not yet Westernized is motivated by meanness, prejudice, or hatred. Take the blinders off folk, she's against ILLEGAL immigration. One sneeringly commented that her ancestors probably exploited some loophole to get here illegally, and thus implies that she is some kind of traitor to her ethnic group by wanting to close the loopholes for others. Well, I daresay Ms. Malkin's ancestors probably arrived here legally, just as mine did when they got off the boat from Ireland. Like the author, I have no desire to see America closed to legal immigrants; they have always been a source of the human capital that has made our country as great as it is. And also like the author, I want very much to see illegal immigration curtailed, for it is a dangerous cover to the terrorists with whom we are at war, a breeding ground for crime and exploitation of the illegals themselves, and is a drain on the citizens of this country.

Review: I give it 5 stars for someone actually giving a squat. Considering the job THAT I USED TO WORK FOR...I didn't need to read the book to see what is going on. Crying about the Immigration Problem is a lost cause since our country already has a destiny. The Immigration situation doesn't fall on deaf ears; nevertheless, there are just to many people in positions because of who they know, not what they know. There are just too many people crying racists and too many who don't give a hoot. Too many people live for today. They could care less about the future as long as they are happy living away from all the problems. I really didn't plan on raising my kids or grandkids in a country akin to India, but we're approaching fast. It is not pessimism, it is realism. For you people complaining racist, I am willing to bet that if you read your history, you will find out that your relatives or someone from your racial or ethnic background has been predjudiced against someone or some group from entering their country in the past. The liberals and these people who cry racist will one day be responsible for the takeover of our country. So be it. Every empire has fallen or broken apart one way or the other. Some of you need to read "The Fall of the Roman Empire." Certain aspects, not all, reflect what is going on right now. Some cry that" Our country is based on immigration, open the borders". All I have to say is that if you were physically born here, then regardless of your heritage, you are a UNITED STATES CITIZEN. I don't want to hear I'M AFRICAN AMERICAN or LATINA AMERICAN. I don't want to hear IM ITALIAN AMERICAN OR ENGLISH AMERICAN. The fact is...if you were born here , you are an American. What happens if my kids go to live in Australia or China. Will they be Australian-American or American-Chinese? Maybe...but if their kids are born there, then they represent and are citizens of the country they were born in. If they don't like it, then they can get the hell out. Same thing if you naturalize as a citizen. You make the decision, you become a citizen of the country. For all you people crying racists... Read about the Egyptians and their Israeli slaves. Read about what is going on in Africa. Anything for a meal ticket. Your whining and crying is futile. Or actually, it isn't since it is contibuting to the demise of our country. To those one star reviewers...if you want to be ignorant, go be ignorant in another country. A lot of you are clueless as to what is really going on. By the way...if we start a Guest-Worker Program, who and what will guarantee that the illegals will go back? Another good book by a retired Border Patrol Agent is the Border Game by Gene Botz. A great source of information from the front line, not some Harvard Undergrad sitting in Washington. If you really want to see what's going on, read this book also. In any event, I do feel sorry for our future generation here. Like I said, the number of people who don't care and that are crying racists far outnumber the few who do care. Now I know why Tom Cruise decided to raise his kin in Australia. I am not a bible-thumping white supremicist like some of you may think. I am just telling it like I see it. It is not the end of the world, just the fall of the last great place to live. If you liberals and racist cryers want to open the borders, then why not remove the doors and locks from your houses. It is people like you that complain about police-brutality and tough immigration. Well, all I have to say is...Don't call the cops the next time your daughter is kidnapped or if your house is burglarized! Don't call Immigration the next time illegals are breaking into your house or have used your social security number. Love, Reality

Review: It's about time someone stood up and said what is really going on in this country. I do not have a problem with people coming into the country as long as they do it legally. I am sick of these dame people that come here by jumping off of boats or digging under the boarder.

Review: This book is a waste of time...The author emphasizes ONLY the negative aspects of the Immigration System and Immigrants that have committed crimes. REALITY is that most immigrants CONTRIBUTE POSITIVELY to the American economy and culture. It is too late to make changes...this country was founded on immigrants. I wonder how the author's parents arrived to the US???? Was there a loophole->(gap in the law: a small mistake or omission in a rule or law that allows it to be circumvented) that permitted the author's parents to obtain a visa???

Summary: Ignore the globalists, communists, and America Haters
Review: This is a fantastic book that will inspire, as well as make you angry, but only if you love our wonderful country. Leftist God -haters, Socialist democrats, bleeding heart commie/libs, and New World Order/One World Government [fanatics] need not apply. Don't you find it amazing that the leftwing, in their bleeding heart condition, never considers the social impact of millions of illegal aliens on American families? Do Americans have the right to control the borders of their country? Do they have the right to decide who is allowed in, and who cannot come in? If you love America, you'll enjoy this timely book. Isn't it time to stop the Invasion?
