Summary: Defies every stereotype of the Romance genre
Review: I have read a few romances in my time and Lisa Kleypas is one of the few authors who can make characters take on a life of their own outside the pages of the book. Dreaming of You is my absolute favorite romance ever and even though I don't often read them anymore I have saved my copy of this book and reread it every few months just for the thrill. I have recommended this book to everyone I know (even my brother) who has a bad opinion of the genre because Dreaming of You isn't just great romance, it is great fiction.

Summary: Best Book I've Ever Read!
Review: This book is just the best! I loved the main characters. Sara was great, how she accepted Derek's shady past and felt secure enough in him and herself to not pressure him into verbalizing his love for her. And Derek...it was wonderful to read how he metamorphosized from his old self to the new when he took his chance in love. I was so sorry when the book ended! I cannot wait to read other books by Lisa Kleypas.

Review: I highly recommend "Dreaming of You." It's one of the best historical romance novels I've ever read. Wonderful characterization with likable, believable characters, memorable scenes, witty dialogue and a moving, emotional storyline. A real standout of this genre.

Summary: One of my favorite Kleypas books
Review: I liked this book because of its hero, Derek. He was abandoned as an infant and raised by prostitues. A self-made man, he was able to rise from the dregs of society to become of the richest men in London. His past explained his cynical outlook on life and his belief that he was incapable and undeserving of Sara's love. Yet, he can't help but fall for the innocent, lovable Sara, who is charming like all of Kleypas' heroines.I highly recommend "Dreaming of You," as well as other Lisa Kleypas books. She is a terrific author. All of her books have a great story, sexy heroes, and interesting heroines. Her books are very well-written, something that I can not say for all romance writers. Looking forward to "Someone to Watch Over Me."

Summary: The most interesting love story I've ever read!!!
Review: Firstly I read this book in Russian and was so fascinated with the story, characters, dialoques and especially love scenes that I found the original which captured me even more! Sara and Derek were described so ably that seemed to be quite real for me. I did suffered the Derek's resistance to admit that despite of his base descent and dismal past he deserves Sara's love and trust. And that sexual tense 'tween them... who else could describe it better! This book is worth to be read!

Review: Dreaming of you is my all time favorite book, and with good reason. Lisa Klepays, besides being enviously beautiful is a terrific writer! In this book Sara Fielding is a country bred lass that comes to London do research for her new book, in the process she saves Derek Craven's life. Derek is the owner of an exclusive gentleman's club, although reluctant he lets Sara research in his club. In the process they fall in love, but Derek "knows" he's not good enugh for Sara and he believes he will never learn to love or be happy. There are many touching scenes as Sara teaches Derek to accept their love and know happiness. Ya'll just got to read this book!!!
