Summary: Don't miss this one!!!
Review: ...this book is great! The story is so well written, the plot so interesting, the characters so enticing, I couldn't put it down. It certainly is one of the best romance books I've read. I've already gone out and bought "Then came you" which is actually the first book of two.
You can't help than love Derek, he is a wonderful hero and Sara is absolutely the right woman for him. They are one of the most well-matched couples I've met so far. There is also a lot of action, a vilain one that wants to separate them and great secondary roles.

I advice all romance lovers to go and read it. It's a wonderful book, a must read.

Summary: A wonderful read~!
Review: As I haven't read a good book in ages, I dove straight into this book and couldn't stop! Upon reading "Then Came You", I absolutely fell in love with Derek. I'm so glad that he made another appearance to get what he so rightly deserves!

Although some parts were a little silly and frivolous, the emotional scenes are real tear-jerkers and my heart twisted over and over for these characters. I highly recommend to anyone who's interested in a steamy love story that stays with you long after you put the book down!

Summary: Too Good!!
Review: This book might possibly be too good. I don't think I'll read anymore romance for awhile because I'm afraid all other books will suffer in comparison. It will be hard to find books that top this one. I never write reviews but every once in a blue moon a book comes along that stays with you forever. After the hours of enjoyment this book gave me , I feel it deserves applause. I hope I can find more incredible reads out there like this one!! If anyone loved this book and knows of similar books to recommend, please let me know. I'd really appreciate an email (...)Thanks!...

Summary: Dreaming of You is Lovely
Review: This is an ideal romance novel. The plot was credible and interesting, despite the problem with Joyce, and it was a real page turner. I am glad that the novel did not get too steamy until closer to the end of the book. I did not want this book to end.

Summary: A really sexy hero!!
Review: Lisa Kleypas' very best book! Derek Craven, the hero, was wonderful-- sexy, dark and brooding. His love for Sara Fielding was obsessive and intense. I was completely fascinated and entranced by this love story. Definitely one for the keeper shelf! The only other book to equal this is Lisa Kleypas' Where Dreams Begin. Both these stories are really hot!!

Summary: Great book, especially for an Historical! A Keeper
Review: I usually cannot tolerate historicals because the female leads are fluff. This is not the case in this book. I loved it. It was not formula writing. The path was not smooth for Derek and Sara to get together. And it was believable. Sara TRIED to make it work in her old life! How often do you see that situation in a Romance? That is real life. And I have come to realize I appreciate it when the author goes beyond 'I love you' to how to live together in that love. That is the real test of love and creates a much more interesting and balanced story. A definite keeper.

Summary: Incomparabe hero.
Review: This is one of the best books I've ever read. Derek Craven is simply incredible. So heartbreakingly sweet and vulnerable yet strong and determined to have his way. I wholeheartedly reccomend this book. If nothing else, you will fall in love with one of the most compelling, fascinating heroes ever created. :)

Summary: Derek Craven! Where Are You!
Review: Okay--I have read many, many romance novels, and this is by far my all-time favorite! Derek and Sara are both amazing characters. Sara is smart and strong, but still tender-hearted and warm. Derek, well, this hero can give ole Heathcliff a run for his money in the dark and brooding department, but unlike Heathcliff he has a wonderfully gentle side. Together, their chemistry is powerful and absolutely sexy! This is a wonderful, romantic book. Bravo, Lisa!

But my big question is...where can I get me a Derek Craven?

Summary: Definitely Lisa Kleypas's Best
Review: This is far and away my favorite book written by Lisa Kleypas. If you have read some of her other books and only found them so-so, you should still give this one a try. The heroine is a real treat and so is the dialogue. I enjoyed it immensely.

Summary: Dark and Passionate
Review: Thank God - a story where neither character belongs to the Ton! That alone makes it somewhat unique. The other is the storyline. Derek Craven is a product of his society, but has risen above his ciscumstances and become fabulously wealthy. He is ruthless, hard, disillusioned and cynical. Along comes Sara - curious, intelligent and an eternal optimist. She is not blind to Derek's faults, but falls in love with him and proves to be his redemption. Derek recognises what he needs from Sara as well, and although he tries to resist it at first, he eventually realises what she means to him.

Derek is by no means a rake who can easily be transformed by true love. He is a man who has abased himself tremendously in his relentless pursuit to leave the gutter behind, and he views himself as unworthy of Sara's love. Her strong, patient character is the perfect foil, and the conclusion leaves you knowing that this love will last. A beautiful book.
