Review: Dara Joy can take you from desperation to the peak of happiness. She takes our two hero's and puts them against many odds. You always wonder how she is going to get them out of them. The sensual scenes are to die for. I pick up this book and reread it everytime I get tired of the rat race. She brings laughter and happiness to you in this book. I would recommend it and be prepared to sit and read it until the end. Once I pick it up I can't put it down. If you are a futuristic romance reader this is one that you have to have for your collection.

Summary: Not much plot, no character development, predictable
Review: It was the reviews here that encouraged me to buy this book and man oh man, but was I disappointed. I skimmed most of it after I discovered the characters to be one-dimensional and the story lame and predictable. If you get off on sex scenes, however, this is the kind of book for you. Also, bit of wit is displayed now and then, but this can't sustain committed reading. I'm not a big romance fan generally, however, right after this I read Kurland's, "This is All I Ask" which is I thought was very well-written and touching. All I can say is, "Beware Amazon reader reviews -- particularly romance reviews -- for I believe the publishers are writing most of them (I've found this problem with other books here as well)."

Review: IF ONLY! CAN YOU JUST IMAGINE A MAN LIKE MS. JOY CREATES. YOU LOVE THEM AT THE SAME TIME YOU WANT TO CAUSE THEM SERIOUS INJURIES FOR THEIR ATTITUDES OF SUPERIORITY. READING MS. JOY'S BOOKS, YOU SEE THE STORY IN YOUR MIND,INSTEAD OF JUST WORDS ON A PAGE. YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR ACTUALLY THERE WATCHING EVERYTHING TAKE PLACE. PERSONALLY, I CAN'T WAIT FOR HER NEXT BOOK. I HOPE IT'S EITHER ABOUT TRAED TA'AL KRUE (THE WARRIOR/KNIGHT CHARL) OR DARIQ (THE LOST AND HURT FAMILIAR). BUT I'LL BUY MS. JOY'S NEXT BOOK NO MATTER WHAT IT IS ABOUT.

Summary: Great Fantasy by Dara Joy
Review: Not knowing this was a series, I read "Rejar" first. "Rejar", for me, was the best book of the series. Stars was next and Mine to Take last. Stars however, is very good. The story is interesting and the romance hot! If you can be a little patient with the main character (he is a little overbearing) it is a very enjoyable read. I highly recomment the entire series for "get away" reading! Have fun!

Review: Lorgin and Deana were the perfect pair. I LOVE THIS BOOK!!!! Dara Joy has become my favourite author. I recently found out that this series (KNIGHT OF A TRILLION STARS, REJAR, MINE TO TAKE) is called the MATRIX OF DESTINY series. I can not wait for the next book in this series. Lorgin and Rejar will always be my favourite though. Every time Ms. Joy comes out with a new book I can't wait to pick it up. Because I always know that she will deliver exactly what I want.....A GREAT LOVE STORY!!!!! Ms. JOY, PLEASE KEEP THEM COMING!!

Review: I recommend this book to everyone. I have an original issue and will not part with it under any circumstances. I bought the re-issue just to lend out to friends... Lorgan and Deana are a perfect pair and Rejar is an added plus... Laughed until I cried, can't wait for Traed's story because Rejar and Mine to Take were just as wonderful! Way to Go!!!
