Summary: Movie bad - book ok
Review: In general I liked the book a lot - the first time I read it. I re-read the book after the disappointing movie (would like the have seen Denzel Washington as Alex Cross - not oldman Morgan Freeman) and relized it wasn't such a great read. The author cannot even remember the eye color of his heroine. Kate switched colors from blue to brown to blue to brown then back to blue - come on! Does she wear colored contacts or something? Couldn't the editors even catch that?! And how brilliant was she to stay in the same house she was abducted from only to be attacked again?

There were a lot of things that made me go "hmmmm" and not be impressed with the author. In general it's good book if you aren't too picky about what you read.

Summary: A Real Page Turner!!!!
Review: '' Kiss The Girls '' was one of the most entertaining, chilling "crime" novels I've read. It is a real page turner!! Hard to put down!!! I read it in one day!!

Summary: This was the best of his series. I loved It!
Review: As A big fan of James patterson , this one was the best out of all of them . I actually read this one beore i read Along came A spider and although I wish that I had read it first, I was hooked to this author because of this book!

Summary: Convoluted, confused and poorly-written
Review: This was another book which I consigned to the dustbin when I was done with it. There are just certain books, when there is one fewer copy in the world, that make the world a better place. This book had a confusing plot that seemed not to have been thought out by the author and basically the author wrote whatever he felt like each time he sat down. This also comes across in the actual sentences and paragraphs. It seems that not only within a paragraph, is the author unable to stay with a thought, but in the time that it takes to write from the beginning to the end of the sentence, the author has forgotten what he was talking about. An abysmal example of what happens when an author writes a quality first novel and feels duty-bound to churn out sequels.

Summary: fast pace, scary, exciting, wanting more of alex
Review: This was my first reading of any James Patterson books. It left me wanting more and much more. Alex Cross is a believable honest and human cop. The story is fast pace and scary in the way that it could really happen. I bought two more books from him and I am looking forward to the next one. Keep up the good work James.

Summary: Excellent narration adds to suspense of Patterson novel.
Review: I happened to see the movie version of Kiss the Girls on HBO before I listened to the audiobook narrated by Chris Noth and Robert Guillaume. The audiobook tapes were even more frightening than the movie due to both actors' skill at narration, particularly Chris Noth's as he convincingly portrays various characters by using different accents and vocal qualities. Listening to these talented actors read this suspenseful book made me want to read more James Patterson novels, as well as listen to more narrations by Mr. Noth.

Summary: This book was wonderful! I could not put it down!
Review: The chapters are very short which keeps the reader interested. Very, very good with an extremely twisted and suspenseful plot!

Summary: Couldn't put it down!
Review: I recently took this book on vacation. My mother-in-law had read the book and said I should read it. It was probably the best book I have ever read. James Patterson makes you feel like you're part of the book. His detail is fantastic! It's important to read it BEFORE you see the movie. The movie isn't nearly as good as the book! Check it out! :) If you like mystery and suspense, you'll be glad you did!

Summary: Wonderful read, could not put it down
Review: Kiss the Girls is one of the best suspense thrillers I have read. The character of Alex Cross is great. Don't start this book unless you have some free time because you won't be able to put it down.
