Summary: Eye opener
Review: The book was great. It provided great information to me about what "crossing over" was. From what little John really knows (which is a lot to normal people) he tells in his book. His book One Last Time tells the story of his life, and how strange psychic powers were present at a young age. I liked how it had great detail, and how he tried his best to explain how he sees this subject about death and crossing over to the other side. All an all the book was good and made me think. It made me think of what life is really like after you die, what the meaning of life really means. I don't quite know what life means and neither does John, but that's not what his message was. The point of the book was to show his life and how he acquired this great gift of his. I think in a way he is also trying to tell two other messages; one, is he's trying to say that if you have a gift use it, because people need people with gifts; and two, if a loved one has past they are find don't worry, look for all signs that he/she has past gives. I had fun reading the book, and I suggest it to all people who like psychics or the idea of the paranormal.

Summary: One Last Time
Review: This book was like a light in the darkness for me. The book made me see a lot of things going on in my life in a new a more clear light, made me stop and wonder about things that had happened in my life that at the time I just wrote off as being nothing, those same things now look to be a whole lot more. I don`t know what this book will be for others but for me it was the right thing at just the right time.

Review: One last time has provided me with confirmation of what I already knew in my heart, that the ones we have loved are not really lost to us after crossing over. The stories and examples are both eye opening, awe inspiring and some even tug at your heart strings. You owe it to yourself to experience this book.

Summary: new views on crossing over
Review: john is such an incredible talent. After watching his show for some time, I had to have his book. I have now read it cover to cover twice , and have such a wonderful feeling that life will not end when we die , I truly believe in god although not the christian views on god. You get such a contented feeling reading his book, and knowing that your family that has crossed over will be waiting for you when it is your time.John's ability is a gift and he explains his ability in a page turning unable to put it down style just an excellent book i look forward to more from john.

Summary: One Last Time
Review: Hi All, I found this a wonderful book. It takes all the fear out of dying. It reaffirms that we will see our loved ones and pets again. I had very negative feeling after reading " If God were the Sun " and finding out it was fiction. I felt he had so much truth to offer why write fiction. But after reading this book I feel differently about him.It is wonderful not to have to fear hell or purgatory when you have tried to live a good life. This past week I ordered another copy and will be ordering more as gifts for people I care about.

Summary: I of all people am now a believer
Review: As a former Police officer, and now Bishop, I have always been skeptical of people who make the claims made in this book. However, after watching the show, "Crossing Over" and reading this book, I have come to believe that this man may truly have the "gift". His book was nothing short of riveting in places, and read by John himself, found his voice to be soothing on audio tapes. I both read the book, and bought the tapes. John Edward is truly worth reading, and its messages worth praying over.

Review: A must read for anyone questioning the possibility of the soul's existance after physical death. As a fan of "Crossing Over with John Edward" this was a natural progression. Review: I recently started watching John Edward's TV show, Crossing Over. I must admit I was skeptical about his abilities, but within a few episodes, he convinced me that he is geniunely reconnecting people with their deceased loved ones. I began to think, "I wonder what goes on in his head." I wanted to find out how his conversations with the dead take place and how they evolved to their present level. This book answered those questions for me and many more. I enjoyed John's casual--and SKEPTICAL--approach to his gift. It was a fun, informative read. He doesn't try to give you all the answers to life's mysteries. Rather, he just tells you about some of the wonderful things he's learned through his work. I, for one, am very glad he chose to share them in his book.

Review: This book is a true testament to the brilliance of John Edward. His words are so truthful and deep, his honesty is unquestioned and his passion for his work is unmatched! I admire this man for always being in our face to tell us the truth. We all search for truth and long for the answers of life and John's work brings us closer to those answers. I have read a lot of books on this subject and I am so impressed with this work because it is honest. If you haven't seen "Crossing Over" with John Edward, you are missing out on something special. We have been granted a glimpse through a door that past generations have never had access to, we have a man who we all can trust and who continually amazes me with his talent to communicate with spirits/souls who have crossed over. I admire his courage to be in our face and attempt to take this subject out of the back of the bookstore and into our lives where it should be - we have all lost someone special and we all long for the knowledge that that person is ok - John's words have helped all of us - he is truly a hero to me. Don't miss out on something special that will change your life!

Summary: If you are grieving, this book will help you find peace.
Review: I would have never even glanced at this type of text prior to the tragic, sudden death of my dad. My heart has never borne such woe. Several friends recommended One Last Time as they watched my family and me struggle to continue our own lives without our beloved Father. The reader must be in the "right" place in life to understand the messages conveyed so beautifully and gently by John. He provides comfort and validation through his own experiences and the experiences of many others whom he has "read;" those who came to him because, like me, life had stopped in its tracks due to the death of a loved one. Thank you, John, for helping me to see that my Father graces my life EVERY DAY and is ALWAYS with me-- you have validated what I have thought for a long time. You are truly Heaven sent!!
