Summary: the best psychic medium around!!
Review: One last time ... I don't read many books but I am really intrigued by John Edward abilty to hear messages from loved ones, friends, animals who have crossed over. He is the most honest, down to earth person as a psychic that you can seek to hear a reading from. If you have seen his show on the scifi channel you can see that he really wants to help people to give and a chance for healing in a passing of a loved one for one last time. I have found his book to give me a better understanding that there is life after we crossed over. and that we will be happy on the other side. so we can see ourselves helping the people in our lives cope in moving on when our or their time will come. I hope that readers will benefit from this and give John the avenue to keep doing this for years to come ... I cannot wait for him to come more things on his ability to hear from those who crossed over.. the most honest book there is !!get this you will not be sorry !!! One last time is all you may have !!!

Summary: Truly amazing
Review: I have been of fan of John Edward since last year when I heard him on a local radio station. I read his book in two days. I could not put it down for a second. It was truly amazing. He really does have a gift. His new show on the Sci-fi channel is also amazing. My husband, who was a HUGE skeptic, now believes in life after death and spirits communicating with us thanks to John Edward. If you don't believe, you will after this book. If you do already believe, John just reinforces it for you. It totally changed my outlook on life. I am very glad that there are people out there like John who have such an incredible gift and share it so generously. I am now trying to get tickets to his show "Crossing Over" on Sci-Fi.

Summary: Totally absurd
Review: Mr. Edwards is just another guru for the gullible, a la Shirley Maclaine. Wise up, people, this book is for fools. Mr. Edwards just says things that we want to hear and that we wish were true. For a revealing and intelligent look at the psychology of those poor souls who need comfort by believing in the paranormal, read Carl Sagan's "The Demon Haunted World".

Summary: Couldn't put it down
Review: I am a fan of John Edward's new show on the Sci Fi Channel, so I was eager to read this book. While I was hoping to hear more about how to develop one's own ability to "tune into" messages from the Other Side, I couldn't put this book down until I had read every page. The stories are very compelling and I was completely engrossed in this book. I look forward to reading Mr. Edward's other book and also want to have a reading of my own now.

Summary: Extraordinary versatility in a public figure
Review: I am deeply impressed with the breadth and depth of Mr. Edwards' accomplishments. It's probably no coincidence that someone who demonstrates such a remarkable sensitivity to the needs or our bereaved citizenry should--as junior senator from North Carolina--also be shortlisted for consideration as a Democratic vice-presidential candidate. Like the American flag he serves with such versatility, long may he wave!

Summary: 'A Beautiful Soul'
Review: John Edward has a powerful message to deliver. I love the authenticity of his work.

"One Last Time" reminds me of Jenny Crawford's book "Through the Eyes of Spirit". I would dearly love to see these mediums work together - they both radiate love and healing within the realms of their work. It is comforting to read books by mediums who appear to have a true and honest connection with the spirit world.

Keep up the great work - I am sure that you are both empowered by the Light of God!

Summary: Best book on this entire site
Review: Why would I make such a claim? One Last Time is extremely well-written, witty, engaging and emotionally satisfying. But this story is bigger than the book. John Edward has decided to use his gift for the betterment of us all. We all are looking for signs from our lost loved ones. Now I feel I have them, by observing John on his show Crossing Over and by reading this book. His sincerity shows through. I was always on the fence as to whether those that had passed on were still with me. Now I know they are. John, thanks for giving us a little certainty in an uncertain world.

Summary: Most Excellent
Review: I first saw John on his show Crossing Over and was so impressed that I wanted to read his book. I was not disappointed at all. I thought this book was such an easy read. Once I started reading the book I couldn't put it down.

Summary: He's for real--truly blessed.
Review: I read this book both before and after seeing him on the Sci-Fi Channel, and was impressed both times. No one who has seen him in action could seriously claim that he's a "cold reader"--he admits that he can occasionally misinterpret information given him by the departed. Truly, he's blessed with a gift. This book is open, witty, and sincere. My only caveat is that, personally, I wonder how therapeutic it is to contact the other side. But clearly there's a real need for what he does, and many people find it comforting. Well worth reading!
